大華酒店是我把西湖地圖拿過來，沿着湖邊一家一家查，再在小紅書上發帖求助本地姐妹，歷時一個月選出來的酒店，果然，非常滿意，乾淨利落，服務熱情，地理位置優越，從後門可以直接到西湖邊，對面是銀泰77，後面事西湖，湖濱銀泰碼頭就停在後門，集賢亭就在不到100位置，外婆家西湖醋魚好吃，服務熱情，温馨，彷彿回到了家，希望大華會被越來越好的遊客發現，越做越強。

大華酒店環境非常美，整體設計小而精緻，酒店服務非常好，處處能看到微笑服務，房間不大，但舒適衞生，早餐豐富味道很好。特別要提的是入住期間送旅拍一次，我和閨蜜都喜歡拍照當然不能放過，約好拍照時間，驚鴻旅拍的攝影師非常專業，酒店大堂不大，但攝影師用專業的視角在你不注意的地方拍出大片的感覺，讓我們非常驚艷！下次到杭州還會入住大華酒店👍

設施：因為游泳池對外開放，人多吵雜吵雜，不提供浴巾還得回房間取，也沒提前告知，不人性化。
環境：就靠近西湖邊，買了含遊船的套餐性價比不錯，酒店部分在翻新，早上有點吵。
服務：餐廳前台服務態度都熱情周到。

酒店位置很好，就在西湖邊，步行一分鐘到，過去就有很好地拍照點。酒店外觀環境本身也很不錯，早餐也特豐富美味。不足的是酒店大堂休息地方太少了，就擺了幾把椅子，旁邊的卡座還必須消費才能做，搞的有個大漢和他們大吵，我也對着他們一個服務員説了一下這個問題，結果別人快速通過裝沒聽見。還有就是老牌酒店的通病，很多設定看起來高檔但不實用，住起來反而沒有一些新的快捷酒店來的舒服，總評4.7或4.8分。

Very nice location I used swimming pool but in bathroom there was a mold . Also this is old fashon decorated hotel but I spent minimum time there the West lake views are amazing

Very nice hotel, great environment at the side of beautiful west lake. Breakfast with great variety of food. Hotel comes with complementary photo package, the photographer is very nice. Highly recommended
