Millennium Resort Hangzhou

The hotel's setting is fantastic, and it's within walking distance of the Jiuxi scenic area. It's split into a North and South building. We booked a family room in the North building, which was quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

The hotel is a bit old, but luckily the natural surroundings are beautiful and the pool is great. The Shixi restaurant is also good; we ate all three meals there during our two-day stay. They have electric bikes, which makes getting to the Jiuxi Smoked Tree scenic area very convenient.

This hotel is really great! I originally wanted to book a room with a hot tub at Xiaoyao Manor, but it was fully booked. By chance, I found this alternative, and the price is literally less than a third of that. It's so worth it! This hotel has a wonderful festive atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly nice and always happy to help without a hint of impatience. The kids also had a fantastic time at the swimming pool. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

I came here in December to see the maple leaves, and now with the hotel being in the off-season, the prices are great, so I brought my family back again. Nine Creeks is practically deserted in winter, offering a rare tranquility. The hotel's service hasn't diminished due to the off-season; it's still warm and attentive. Honestly, it's much better than it was in its first few years. The hotel breakfast has also seen innovations, with freshly made *cifantuan* (sticky rice rolls) now available, which are very popular. I'll be back after Chinese New Year!

I didn't realize Beiwang Pavilion was also available through trade union benefits, which would have made it a bit cheaper, though with fewer inclusions than what's listed on Ctrip. The room was spacious, a little dated, but very clean and hygienic. The carpet had no strange odors, and the air conditioning was warm and quiet. Plus, there was a large balcony with great air circulation. The toilet wasn't a smart one, but the shower pressure was excellent. Breakfast was very satisfying; while the selection seemed small, the ingredients were high-quality. The vegetables were tender, there was beef short rib, and the coffee and milk were good, providing a nice balance of nutrition and flavor. The front desk staff and the golf cart drivers I encountered this time were all very friendly. The golf carts even had towels on the seats to prevent them from being cold, and the metal door handles were wrapped in cloth – it felt like they really paid attention to the details.

I can definitely feel an improvement in the hotel's service, and the facilities are getting an upgrade too. They now have a kids' playground and an animal park, making it perfect for family activities. Highly recommend staying here, thumbs up!
