Unable to use pool or gym as classes were taking place. As the fitness area is managed by a third party, potential guests should be informed in advance of times they are unable to use facilities. Personally, I would have booked a nearby hotel. Breakfast was good, however some food was not fresh.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Such great service and the best pool we have been in for a long time. Great comfy beds and bathtub! They spoke to us so nicely and made us feel special as it was my husbands birthday they gave him a cake and gift and even gave our baby a gift too. Really good breakfast variety too

訂的摩登商旅大床房，結果在五一這樣黃金火爆的假期，入住時的前台小姐姐給升級了非常棒的行政套房，連住了兩天，頂層視野開闊，夜間很美，俯瞰周邊綠地景觀，還送了下午茶。Cherry還有AKida温柔細緻周到。早餐非常豐盛，西式中式都有。餐廳空間開闊大氣，還有非常滑嫩的豆腐腦，我超級愛喝，入住贈送了下午茶，每天甜品種類不一樣，中餐廳食物也很美味，送餐到房間，非常推薦的酒店，很喜歡皇冠假日品牌，還有洲際旗下各種品牌都非常喜歡。在其他城市也經常入住。

衞生間的馬桶未處理乾淨，當時也沒讓客服進來，自己用馬桶墊套上去的
車庫是立體車庫，還是挺方便的

很滿意的一次入住體驗
標準的五星級酒店
整體裝修風格也是非常商務風
客房設施比較新，也十分乾淨
早餐也是十分豐富，味道不錯
酒店距離地鐵站也很近，大概5分鐘步行
樓下是萬達廣場，對面是歐美金融城
吃的東西很多，品牌也很全！

這次入住體驗非常滿意，酒店的服務態度特別好，第一次註冊會員還給升級了房型，員工始終保持着親切的微笑，Selena和Pearl很有親和力！我們辦理入住的時間有點晚，她們很熱情地為我們辦理，以及很耐心地為我們解答樓下**櫃的使用方法。早餐很豐富，可以滿足一家人的不同口味～水果很新鮮，是現切的。酒店的位置也很方便，旁邊就是萬達。房間一次性的用品也非常好，有給寶寶單獨準備的小套裝，非常貼心！推薦給所有朋友們～帶娃的家庭不要錯過！
