The accommodation at ROXANNE was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect as you could have a mountain view from your room and West Lake is literally just across the street. They have at least 2 different buildings with several room types, outdoor area, hot tub, grill area and just beautiful scenery. The rooms are very clean and spacious, modern with a lot of technological features that one might not expect. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future!

房間很乾凈衞生！自動馬桶，自動窗簾，還有舒適的大床，床墊子很舒服，我也要買一個他們這樣的床墊！到這裏和到家一樣每個人都帶着微笑，早餐很豐盛！下回還要住這裏

若白雅苑地理位置優越，在西湖景區內，周圍景點很近，節省了很多路上的時間，遊玩的時間更充足，房間內的設計風格也非常時尚，可以根據自己的年齡和風格選擇，早餐有中西式營養餐，民宿老總也會帶領去西湖祕境景區講解，還會介紹附近性價比高的景點。院內還有無邊泳池🏊♀️供客人體驗，出門就能遊覽各個景點，就像若白雅苑的大花園一樣，身臨天然的大氧吧，超讚👍，下次還去若白雅苑，深度遊西湖……

房間寬敞整潔，床墊舒適，配置高檔且齊全，有冰箱凈化器等！早餐豐富，種類多樣，離西湖很近，從民宿到蘇堤步行才需幾分鐘，很方便，旁邊景點甚！環境優雅，靜謐，大家出門選這樣的民宿不踩坑！

很棒的一次體驗。這裏的每個人都很暖心，睡過頭錯過早餐時間，他們還能幫我留早餐，很有家的感覺。離開的時候，還送了一份伴手禮，有被驚喜到。我女兒説這是住過最好的一家民宿，下次還要來。
