去年雙十一囤了券，本來預約了2月底，不能取消。結果因為疫情無法成行，酒店通情達理給取消了，頓生好感。這次恰逢老爸生日，帶父母入住一晚，感受特別棒，長者們讚不絕口。酒店很新，房間很大，衞生很好。當天就我們一家入住，簡直就是點對點貼心服務。歡迎水果點心、游泳池水質、晚餐、贈送的蛋糕🎂、贈送了一份早餐，全部100分。老媽説，實在太值了，性價比極高，下次要帶親戚們一起來。特別感謝管家們的貼心服務，小柳 小姚 小李服務真不錯。

酒店環境舒適，茶山環抱。專屬管家姚先生全程跟蹤服務，晚上在餐廳用餐，口味很不錯。前台管家小葉服務很滿意，還有小柳和小李管家也工作很仔細，認真，負責！下次一定會再來多住幾天。

酒店很乾凈，設施很新，泳池很大，桑拿和温泉一應俱全。服務也很好，特別是小葉。寵物不額外收費，是真正的寵物友好酒店。不足的地方是上山路狹窄不太好開，夏天蚊蟲太多了。還有早餐再豐富一些就更好了～

環境也是江浙滬少有的墅林風景
這件價格訂到真的性價比超高
一下車就有擺渡車來接 餐廳廚燒的也是符合浙菜胃口
周圍好山好水好風景
聽説二期建好了還有普通客房
每間別墅卧室都佩戴私人泳池以及汗蒸房冬天還可以恆温泡湯
愛運動人士也不要錯過哦
喜歡室內還有個超級好看的壁爐晚上打開超級好看
浴室設施齊全還有開放式廚房
周邊玩樂還待完善但我就是個愛呆在酒店一整天都可以不出門的人

其實有點不知道該怎麼評價這家酒店！因為它的好和不好都屬於比較極端的存在.先説好的吧，房間很大很舒服，你能想到的都有，游泳池（是可以遊的，有些游泳池小到衹能洗腳）桑拿房，地暖一應具全！管家的服務很到位，可以説隨叫隨到！酒店的餐廳做菜很好吃，大廚絕對是有兩把刷子的.還有寵物友好，這個是真正的寵物友好，帶寵物去是不需要另外收費的，這點秒殺大部分寵物友好酒店！不好的地方是除了房間和餐廳沒有任何的配套設施，整個酒店五分鐘逛完！酒店一共衹有十六間房間，入住人少的話早餐就變成了套餐（套餐稍有不足）酒店的地理位置真的屬於偏僻，沒車寸步難行！所以綜合來説如果你是想找個酒店平躺哪裡也不去，這家酒店我推薦！

服務很好，管家提前加了微信，私湯温泉也很有特色，泳池因為冬天沒嘗試到。寵物友好是選擇的主要原因，帶小可樂爬了附近鸕鳥山。適合和家人放空。
幾點建議：1. 門鎖建議採用智能的，鑰匙有點不方便；早餐選擇太少，如果考慮住客少的話，可以考慮套餐，不需要自助。

免費升級了房間，隱竹裏環境不錯，套房住着也很舒服，全屋地暖給力，小孩子生病了，前台經理馬上送去醫院檢查，第二天帶我們去農曆博物館和採摘園玩，孩子玩的很開心。
整個度假酒店的人員，從辦理入住、接駁車接送人員到遊玩服務人員，都非常耐心熱情有禮貌，超出預期。
特別感謝小李管家和耐心細緻的解答和前台經理的幫助。下次再來玩。
