wonderful experience overall. One of the highlights for me was the location — the hotel sits right on the river, and the view from my room was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Waking up and seeing the river right outside my window really made the stay special. The hotel is in a great area for walking. It’s an easy stroll to the Hangzhou Grand Theater, and I really enjoyed walking along the river boardwalk, which is just steps away. Several large shopping malls, like MixC and Raffles City, are also close by, which made it very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a super comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. One thing to note: the lobby bar closes fairly early and feels more like a restaurant than a true bar. If you’re looking for a late-night drink in a lively bar atmosphere, you might need to head out to nearby places.

The hotel is located in the very picturesque place, there is a good view at the river outside the windows, very helpful staff and tasty breakfasts. I was satisfied with the services provided by this hotel such as SPA, gym and free parking. Looking forward to stay next time in this hotel.

Got a free upgrade to room. There are work ongoing at the other of the road but still bearable. The hairdryer toppled and knock over the glass into sink. Call the receptionist to send someone over to clean up. Response was fast and the broken glass pieces are cleared up.

Pleasantly surprised! Though the hotel is compact, every detail was thoughtfully considered. I seldom proactively leave positive reviews for hotels, but this one is an exception. Here's my unbiased take: 1. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, super close to the subway station, making it incredibly easy to travel around. 2. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, proactively offering slippers for children. 3. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent. 4. The breakfast spread was surprisingly extensive, even more so than many 4-star hotels. They even had canned mandarin oranges and more! The taste was excellent. I was in a hurry to catch my high-speed train, so I didn't get to try all the dishes I wanted, but I packed a little to take with me on the train, and it still tasted great. 5. Excellent value for money. I was surprised that for just over 500 [RMB], they even offered afternoon tea. However, I couldn't enjoy it as I was rushing to Nicholas Tse's concert.

Azure Qiantang Hangzhou boasts a great riverside location and friendly service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the décor and facilities feel a bit dated. Some areas could use a refresh to match its luxury branding. Still, it offers a pleasant stay with beautiful views of the Qiantang River. Kudos to the great service and speed by the staff!

Slightly old fashioned infrastructure, but plenty of space, and a truly amazing service - staff extremely nice and patient, smiling and ready to help, I was really surprised. Cane here with no expectation but left extremely satisfied. The room looks a bit old but there's plenty of space. Overall the feeling is closer to being at home than to being in a hotel, and I loved it!

This is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in during this National Day. The price is super high and the service is very good! Executive floor, deluxe double room, awesome 👍👍👍 Facilities: Newly renovated, elegant and stylish, I like this decoration style very much, the pillow mattresses are very comfortable, the room is quiet, sleep at ease! Hygienic: very clean and tidy Environment: Convenient transportation, very close to the subway, a few minutes away, very close to the West Lake, complete surrounding facilities, a lot of food, and big shopping malls Service: Warm service, thoughtful and meticulous, rich breakfast!

Located in the heart of the CBD area, it was lovely to arrive at the Guoshou Narada hotel - great location, short walk to the MIXC mall and the surrounding areas are very clean and safe. Everyone, from the concierge, upon my arrival, to my check-in (with Mr. Lawrence Meng) at the front desk, was very attentive, welcoming and professional... Since I was only able to stay for three nights, Mr. Lawrence was incredibly thoughtful and offered me a free breakfast. My room was spacious, spotless and incredibly comfortable. I can honestly say that every encounter I had with staff at the Guoshou Narada was enjoyable, professional and welcoming. I could not be happier with the quality of the rooms and the amazing service I received throughout my stay.
