The hotel is not big, and the rooms are not big. I chose a family room, which is slightly larger and has a small balcony. When I first walked into the hotel, it was quite unique. At first, I felt that the room was small and I was not used to it, but the hotel service was very good and friendly. They introduced us to the attractions near the hotel and also provided maps. The breakfast was very good, especially the beef noodles, which were very fragrant. The room was very clean, the bedding was very clean, and I slept well, but the location was on the roadside of the old city, and the cars on the road were still a bit noisy.

It's about an hour from the airport. You can get to the city center with Grab 310 VND or a street taxi 250 VND. The hotel is on a busy road, so I recommend taking a taxi rather than a bus. The staff were very kind and fluent in English, and were very supportive, telling us about nearby spots and asking for help if we had any problems. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options. I stayed for two nights, and the menu was different from the previous day, so I enjoyed it. My room was on the floor directly above the kitchen, so a wonderful smell filled the room from around 3am lol. The room was neither good nor bad, and was comfortable to stay in.

The staff will also patiently ask guests about their travel preferences and give corresponding itinerary suggestions. We drove back to Sichuan by land from Youyiguan, and THUC also kindly reminded us to drive safely after returning home. The hotel room is a bit cramped, and there is hair on the floor drain in the bathroom. The shower was a bit blocked on the first night, and we solved it ourselves. The hotel breakfast soup noodles are well received. Overall, it is clean and warm. It is recommended to stay.

The room was OK and very quiet. The hotel staff was very helpful! Especially Kenny. My friend and I had a lot of trouble because we didn't exchange enough cash and couldn't find a place to exchange cash. Kenny helped us very enthusiastically (of course, I don't recommend that you bother others like this 😄). Kenny and Racel were the few people we met in Vietnam who could speak Chinese, so communication was very convenient. They also spoke very good English. The guy who helped carry the luggage at the door was also very good and helped us adjust the air conditioner very patiently. I think it is a hotel with very thoughtful service and high cost performance. I highly recommend it.
