Pullman Hanoi

Saw the cleaner use the same cloth they used for the toilet to wipe the table. My mom was so upset she refused any cleaning service for our week-long stay and only used her own supplies from then on. However, the environment here is quite nice, and it's also very close to the company.

The hotel's facilities are really outdated. It's basically a Pullman in name only, with a decor straight out of a 90s guesthouse. Plus, they're currently renovating the gym, which makes it a bit noisy. The only good thing was breakfast, which was excellent! There was a huge variety, including Chinese congee with various pickles, Vietnamese pho (different every day), Western breakfast (all made to order), Japanese soup, Korean bibimbap, Indian dishes, bread, sandwiches, cheese, salads, all sorts of dairy products, and coffee – everything you could want. It would be perfect if they could renovate the rooms.

Pretty good. It's centrally located, making it easy to get to all the main city attractions. You can also reach the weekend railway night market within a 10-minute taxi ride, which is very convenient. It's a great choice for shoppers, and even places to upload photos aren't far.

Overall, the hotel felt quite old. While the room was clean, the Vietnamese humidity unfortunately left a faint, unavoidable musty smell. The facilities in the room, especially the bathroom fixtures like the faucet, toilet, and shower, were a bit dated and indeed felt a bit worn out and less than fully functional. 😂 However, breakfast did not disappoint. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, showing us to our seats. The variety of food was abundant, and the quality was consistently good.

I can only say that in terms of value for money, it's an acceptable hotel. It is a bit old, but compared to those standalone small hotels in the city center, an international brand still has its trustworthy standards.

This hotel in Hanoi is a bit older, so the facilities aren't brand new, but overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The service was excellent, and the location is very convenient for getting around, whether on foot or by taxi. It's also just a five-minute walk from the newly opened Hanoi Centre.
