The hotel is at the heart of old quarter, there is a lot to see and explore while just stepping outside of the hotel. Food massage and eating within eye distance. The hotel quality in terms of staff service and hotel amenities is very great.

Great place to stay, situated in the heart of Beer Street (Old Quarters). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rose, our receptionist who checked us in, was lovely and even offered to help us check in for our flights with Vietjet as we were having problems and took care of our luggage while we took a day trip to Ha Long Bay. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Hanoi again.

A well situated 4 star hotel in the old Quarter with plenty of shops and eateries around. Hotel room furniture's and carpet a bit old. Staffs are quite friendly and helpful. The hotel come with free buffet morning breakfast which is plus. Highly recommend for short time stayers.

It’s in a nice hotel near the Hoan Kiem lake. Many shops and places for food around. Close to night market which held from Friday to Sunday
