酒店位置稍偏遠，設施陳舊，電插座都緊貼地面很難插，牆壁老化，床轉個身會發出聲響，樓層隔音不好，每天晚上都聽到樓上腳步聲，最不滿的是熱水器，電加熱，容量小水温下降很快，功率還很小，洗完一個下一個要等好久。還有最氣人的是前台有一個小姐服務相當差，完全不把客人當回事，未經核實就我們多吃了一份早餐！遇到性價比最差的一個酒店！唯一值得讚的是酒店早餐還不錯，10樓環境也很好。

旧市街やハノイ駅からは、少し距離ありますが、頑張れば歩きでも辿り着けます。grab使えば不便はないでしょう。
Vincom Centerが近くにあり、地元のショッピングモールの様子がわかったり、食料や衣類の調達できます。
レセプションスタッフの方、とても親切にして頂き、ハロン湾への交通手段のおすすめや、帰りの空港まで方法を教えて頂きました。
10階朝食ブッフェの美味しさと品数の多さ、部屋の広さやバスタブは充分に満足できるものでした。
隣がビル工事中でしたので、早くできることが望まれますが、昼は観光で外出したので、さほど気になりませんでした。

위치 빼고 다 좋습니다. 오페라 하우스랑 비교적 가깝고, 호안끼엠은 걷는걸 좋아하시면 걸어갈만한 거리이긴하나, 그랩으로 이동하길 추천드립니다. 주변소음은 거의 없고, 가까운 곳에 마사지샵도 별로 없습니다. 식당은 괜찮은 곳이 몇곳있습니다. 옆방이 조용해서 딱히 소음문제가 거슬린 적은 없으나, 방음이 잘 될 것 같진않습니다.
10층의 식당은 9층까지 엘리베이터를 타고 올라가 계단으로 한 층 더 올라가야합니다. 뷔페식으로 쌀국수와 밥, 몇가지 반찬과 빵, 디저트, 쥬스, 요거트 등이 있습니다.
직원들은 모두 친절하고 영어 가능합니다. 베트남어, 영어 모두 안되시는 분들은 번역기로 대화하시면 됩니다. 그리고 귀국하는 날 밤늦게 비행기 탑승이어서 체크아웃하면서 짐들을 로비에 맡겼다가 저녁에 다시 찾아갔습니다. 필요하면 짐들 보관가능하니 참고바랍니다.

Stayed at Nesta, a nice hotel with restaurant on 10th floor offers stunning city views. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, exceptinonal staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend for a luxurious retreat.

Its clean, service was good and the staff was very nice! Receptionists are very professional, and they treat every customer with top notch care and attentiveness. Whenever you get any problems, just come to any of the staff and they will tend to your needs as best they can
