Quite a nice stay. The bathroom had a tube. I loved the breakfast which had many options including vegetarian choices. The location was also very good.

Pretty small officially 3 stars hotel, 8 floors, 2 rooms on 8th floor, 0 at main floor, and 8 on each floors 2 to 7. We used this hotel twice, room on 7th floor fir 3 nights and room in 5th floor for 1 night. The only issue we had .. on each floor last 2 rooms are facing to new construction with pretty noisy environment even on nights. This is not the Huge issue, but you need to know it. All other 6 (from 8) rooms are facing inside the building and don't have this issue. Very good staff, from Manager and front desk to every cleaner and restaurant worker. No issues with bedding, cleaning, communication. All good. The Most exceptional feature is breakfast in this hotel (6.30 to 9). Huge variety, great quality, taste you will love. Try ...all good.

What a lovely hotel. It is in the Old Quarter and near everything, we had no problems finding places to go. The room was spacious and clean and authentically Vietnamese. Breakfast was plentiful. The best part of the hotel was the staff. So welcoming, friendly and helpful!!!! Whenever I had a question or needed something, they went out of their way to help me. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cannot fault it!!!!

In the last couple of years, we have Ben nervous about G Adventures accommodation but things improved with this start in Hanoi. The hotel is not new but reasonably maintained with nice staff. The room was spacious and perfectly adequate. The only small downside was a small breakfast room which was pretty packed when a couple of groups descended in the morning. No real problem though.

Nice stay here. Service was great! The rooms are clean. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure too. Beds were moderately comfortable. Room was basic, but that’s ok. Breakfast was incredible and the lady running it was always on top of things. I really liked the location. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour. Quite a typical tourist standard SE Asia hotel, a little faded but perfectly comfortable. Fabulous staff and enjoyable breakfast. Perfectly located for exploring the city, you can walk to everything if you’re reasonably fit. Plenty of food options within minutes and a handy Circle K nearby for your essentials. Happy to recommend.

Hotel was very nice when you walk in and it had a really nice perfume in the lobby. Staff was very nice. I stayed on the 8th floor and didn’t know how the shower worked so I would end up flooding the bathroom but it would rain itself a few hours later. Ask how to drain the shower! Shower pressure was also nice. There’s no elevator to the 8th floor so I got some exercise getting off the 7th floor to take the stairs up. The AC does work once you figure out how to work it. Would stay here again since it was in the middle of the city. Breakfast was fine, don’t expect too much.

We had a brief stay at the hotel at the start of our tour of wonderful Vietnam so it was adequate for a one night stop but the rooms are in need of an upgrade. The breakfast was fine but the breakfast room was not big enough to cater for the number of guests. The location of the hotel was its biggest asset.
