I think they clean the rooms daily especially in winter because the hotel is always booked during winter. The location is perfect! It is in the Volga Manor scenic area, so it is very convenient to go around and back to the hotel. The staff are super nice and accommodating. I was not able to speak Mandarin with them but they used a translating app to be able to inform me of important stuff. I love how cozy the room was. Highly recommended! ☺️ There is a Western and Chinese restaurant nearby. 🥗🥘

The room is spacious, perhaps not very new but clean. The staff provides good service. The breakfast is Russian-style with generous portions and a pleasant atmosphere. Hot water was sufficient throughout the entire stay.

I stayed in a room here with my wife and two year old boy. Worth it to spend a night away from Harbin. Pretty architecture and we really enjoyed the snow. We did some activities too, including snow bumper cars and a carriage ride.

We stayed for one night at the hotel.
Transportation is not an issue, DiDi e-hailing cost us around 65 Yuan from city center.
Check in is smooth.
The hotel situated at a picturesque landscape offer Russian tradisional architecture, ornate churches and rustic old vodka factory create a charming atmosphere.
We took a leisure walking throughly the entire village and took a lots of picture.

The accommodation is located inside the castle area. Free entrance tickets for 2 people on the day of check-in and the following day. Standard buffet breakfast. I stayed in room 244, which the bathroom could not be flushed, but otherwise overall good. Check-out time is 10am. You can leave your luggage when you go for a walk inside. The view in the castle is very good.

The hotel Volga Manor is located inside the park just at the entrance gate. It is designed with Russian style inside and outside; the room is big, very clean, and quiet. Service staff are very nice and friendly. The Volga park is a rich collection of stylish Russian architectures; it is fantastic, a fairytale, giving us a unique feeling and experience. We enjoy it very much.
