Staff was very kind and gladly accommodated to our late check out request. Room had a cigarette smell but was inevitable. Room was clean and cosy. Shower had cold water coming out at times but other than that pressure was good and strong. Overall a very good experience as hotel was near many eateries and a 10 minute drive away from the Main Street.

Great service. Very close to Central Street. 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is also very rich. I am very grateful to have encountered such a great hotel.

The front desk service is very good, but there is basically no heating (it is understood that the entire Harbin heating is not working at this time, not just this store, but also the heating in residents' homes). It relies entirely on air conditioning for heating, so the room temperature is not enough and the shower is a bit cold. The lighting in the toilet is not good, and girls will have problems if they put on makeup. The toilet is large but the room is small. In short, the hardware is really not good, and it depends entirely on the service to keep it going.
