第一次來哈爾濱，選擇了久負盛名的馬迭爾賓館“百年歷史名人套房”，原指望為哈爾濱之行留下美好記憶，然而買家秀和賣家秀的巨大差異讓人大失所望！房間維護極差、硬件設施老舊不堪：多處牆面裂縫，甚至還用封箱帶固定牆紙；走路時地板不平嘎嘎作響；門窗簡陋，室外起一陣風能把整個防蚊網窗吹倒並砸在沙發上，幸好沙發上沒坐人；櫥櫃年久失修，浴室內潔具也是七十年代的簡易設施，各種破落不勝枚舉……怎麼能稱得上4星級酒店？怎麼能作為代表城市形象的知名品牌？怎麼能配得上悠久的歷史背景？全國很多城市有歷史老建築酒店，其中有很多維護得相當不錯，遊客也樂意以更高的價格體驗老建築的魅力。希望馬迭爾賓館學習同行的經驗，否則沒有回頭客。

店大欺客，所以是百年老店。因為家人6人但並不都是夫妻，所以之前訂的時候看到3人間是有間隔牆，而且標間已經沒有這麼多間了，所以選擇訂了2間3人間，提前20天吧就訂了，但是到店後前台説衹能騰出一間有隔牆的房間，另外一間沒有，可是我説你的圖片介紹上是有牆的，前台説你可以看後面，有沒有的，為什麼不把沒有的照片放在顯眼的位置，虛假宣傳不説。店員説：你可以退了房間。説的這是什麼話，我們提前20天訂的房間，現在已經到哈爾濱，退了住在哪，這像是一個正規酒店前台應該説的話麼。其它吧枱的工作人員也是，問三句沒有一句答話，真是莫名其妙的酒店。最後打了攜程投訴，攜程的工作人員一個姑娘態度非常的好，聯繫酒店也是無果，最後攜程以9折和優惠卷的形式予以彌補，還得是大平台，有所保障啊。

很好的酒店，管理嚴格，歷史底藴深厚。房間每天擺上鮮花，三層中餐廳的服務和菜品均屬上乘。
沒給滿分的唯一原因：一層西餐廳點單服務太敷衍了。

很有特色，能夠住名人曾經住過的房間，是最大賣點之一，離地鐵近，離索菲亞教堂近，是旅拍的好酒店。設施不算新，但不至於覺得影響體驗。國企比較放心，服務員1308姓滕的服務很好👍

入住升級了名人房，感受到濃厚的年代感和歷史氛圍，能感受到百年老店已經做了最大的努力讓客人有更好的體驗，不論前台、客房還是餐廳服務態度都非常好。因為我的原因退房後找不到墨鏡（不確定掉在哪裡了）抱着試試看的心理聯繫了工作人員，工作人員幫忙找了半天連床墊都掀了也沒找到，很是感動！發票忘記開了也是聯繫工作人員幫我補開的，像我這種沒頭腦真的是給馬迭爾的工作人員添麻煩了，特別感謝王永敏，所有的事情都是和她全程聯繫，一直都很耐心周到，謝謝！

馬迭爾是帶有厚重歷史博物館級的著名老牌酒店，慕名而來，名副其實。百年來，各國許多名人住過此酒店，酒店裡都有圖片和實物的介紹，很多房間門上掛有名人住過的銅牌。酒店送馬迭爾冰棍和啤酒。西餐廳的俄式西餐也很有代表性，就餐時還有小提琴現場伴奏。早餐也很豐富，俄式格調很有特色。總的感覺是三百多元還含早餐的房價，太值了！
