老破小臟，枕頭內芯發黃，衞生間反味嚴重，太臟了，訂了2天，第二天下午遊玩回來房間還沒打掃，客房服務人員還説沒跟他打招呼，還説床單被罩三天一換，據我瞭解正常都應該是一天一打掃，每天都更換床單被罩的吧

前台服務態度很差，是看着圖片去訂的房間，到了酒店發現實際房間與圖片不符合，去找前台，態度很差，説我們就是隨便放的圖片，讓去找平台理論，很窩心的一次住宿，以後再也不住了，希望別再有人受騙了。

快捷賓館很大，門臉很好找，附近停車位很多，周邊早餐飯店也很豐富，臨近哈爾濱小童醫院，有小童住院的住這非常方便。

在我們離開酒店的時候，我們行李箱老損出問題，大哥大姐特別好，都幫我們想辦法，也幫我們解決了，環境衞生都很好，打掃衞生阿姨都很有效率，上哪吃，哪裡好吃，都可以問前台小姐姐，真的非常感謝這幾天來對我們的照顧，
設施：配置都很齊全
衞生：非常乾淨
環境：環境都很不錯，位置也好
服務：每個東北人的熱心腸是刻在骨子裡的非常好

服務態度很好，但是房間真沒有宣傳的那麼好，屋子小，地下一次性拖鞋踩上好多頭髮，牀頭櫃周圍灰也挺多，床頭的插座還接觸不好，後來沒辦法用的電視那邊的插座充電的，位置還可以，出門路對面就是兆麟公園，走幾百米就是中央大街，我是五一前訂的房間，價格比平時翻了一倍，五一正當那兩天更貴，翻了3-4倍，但説實話價格和享受不符合。
