Staying at Hostel H was good. We got to sleep in a big room in quiet surroundings. The walls are pretty non-isolated so depending on your closest neighbours you also get to sleep in quiet. Bonus is that there is a common kitchen almost fully equipped.

We stayed a weekend with a couple of friends. A bit hard matrasses, but okay for 1 night. Very close to the city center. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! We couldn't find any info about parking spaces, but were glad to found out there were some parking options close to the hostel and they were for free! We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable accommodation for a large group and the staff were very helpful, especially Nidia, who went out of her way to make sure that our group had everything they needed. The food was as expected and rooms were very clean

It's a youth hostel, so I didn't expect anything more than basic. However, the warmth of the people of this hostel made my experience a whole lot better than basic. Where they can, they help. The breakfast had quite a variety. Also fresh fruit and a great cappuccino! I received a lot of tips to visit Hasselt. The room was very neat and -although the hostel is next to the train station- quiet. Very practical room and a fairly spacious bathroom. Thanks guys-see you again next year!

Gewoon een uitstapje met mijn zoontje in een hostel. We wilden in Hasselt vertoeven voor zijn verjaardag. Het was even wel een rare verplaatsing met de auto, alles is vernieuwd dus Mijn navigatie was niet up to date

goed gelegen, naast het station in een rustige buurt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Eigen sanitair op eigen kamer is een aangenaam comfort. Alles is basic zonder iets tekort te komen. Zeer ruime kamer.

Vriendelijke receptioniste. Kamers leken wel bunkers. Heel ongezellig. Harde matrassen. Toilet spoelde slecht door. Kropen insecten in de douche. Badkamer leek op ziekenhuisbadkamers Ontbijt was zeer basic. Koffie, warme chocolademelk, appelsap en fruitsap waren niet te drinken. Was een waterige versie omdat apparaat verkeerd stond ingesteld. Zeer onvriendelijke conciërge.

Het gebouw vertoont teveel technische mankementen en kampt bovendien met personele onderbezetting; de capaciteit van de eigen keuken voor het serveren van warme maaltijden was matig; de conciërge was 's avonds (en 's nachts) niet aanspreekbaar bij technische problemen: herhaaldelijk waren er moeilijkheden met het stromend water van de toiletten in het gehele gebouw.

Een degelijk hostel op een zeer praktische locatie in Hasselt. We konden vroeger inchecken dan voorzien, zodat we op tijd naar het festival konden vertrekken. We kregen keycards mee, de kamer konden we nog niet betreden. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van eigen toilet en douche. Het enige minpunt was dat de beloofde lakens niet op onze bedden lagen toen we 's nachts thuiskwamen. Er was ook niemand meer aanwezig in het hostel. Hierdoor was onze nachtrust niet optimaal :)
