Overall Value: 9/10 Room Size: 10/10 Spacious Balcony with washing basin Room Cleanliness: 9/10 Found some hair on the floor, but generally clean Daily room cleaning and bed linen & towel change available if you wish Ant infestation at the toilet washing basin (Room 203). Ants were on the comb and electric shaver. Maybe previous guests washed food items at the washing basin. Bed Comfort: 6/10 Bed mattress is firm/hard; backache if you sleep too long on it Pillow is quite high. One extra pillow is available in the wardrobe Room Amneties: 8/10 Desk for writing or laptop use Chair has no seat cushion, so a bit hard to sit on Many power points Table space for charging phones Lighting is good Vanity desk with mirror Flat-screen TV with Thai and English channels Fridge 2 drinking glasses No kettle No hair dryer 4 bottles of mineral water provided every day (2 for fridge) Basic toiletries provided in toilet - toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, earbuds, shampoo, bodywash Some furnishing were slightly worn-out or damaged Balcony has washing basin and small clothes-drying rack WiFi: 9/10 188-380 Mbps Download Speed / 162-406 Mbps Upload Speed on SpeedTest app Aircon: 10/10 At 28 celcius degrees temperature setting, it is cold enough to cool the room Shower Comfort: 7/10 Water-saving shower head means water output is somewhat limited Shower area is spacious enough No sliding door at shower area means water gets to the toilet area when taking a shower Location: 7/10 Not close to tourist attractions; long walk (2km) or use Grab (about 70 THB at time of writing) Morning mobile food stalls nearby (from about 6:30am to 9:00am) Small local restaurants nearby No public transport (that I noticed) Small mini-mart nearby (Vogue Supermarket) 15-min walk to Big-C supermarket, food court and shopping mall Opposite Bangkok Hospital 7-Eleven store at Bangkok Hospital is closed for renovation at time of writing Customer Service: 8/10 Receptionist does not greet guests. Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

Room is big and Quiet. Have Parking, but limited. If you need use Kettle have to go down lobby.

The staff very very easy going, and the service there was Gooddddd, i would recommended this hotel to everyone who looking for calm location at night and not crowded/jammed plus it is near to 7eleven + amazon cafe (can walk) i would repeat the same hotel if i go to hatyai againnn, love love this hotel

Nice affordable hotel in Hat Yai, staff speak English and are friendly, close to restaurants and a 7/11. Room was clean spacious with a large shower in the bathroom.

Unfortunately there is no hair dryer. And the accommodation's parking lot, easy to find food, near 7-Eleven, near the tourist area.

Regular stay, very convenient, clean, quiet, polite staff. Too bad there is no parking at the hotel, park right on the road.

Have stayed here many times before. Impressed every time I go to stay. Clean rooms, spacious rooms, cool air conditioning, close to the hospital. Finding something to eat is very convenient.

Near Bangkok Hospital, there are restaurants, easy to find things to eat, spacious rooms, clean.
