The hotel did not disappoint, from design, service, amenities and consistency with the brand, the Ace Hotel Sydney was on point! One thing I would note would be the price, as it was a bit pricey for the size of the room and maybe lack of a pool, other than that, all good!

We had a mixed experience at ace hotel. On one hand, we loved the restaurant Kiln and had great food + service there. However, in the morning when we ordered room service to our room, the person who answered at the front desk was rude and condescending. The food we then received was below average, and I found a piece of baking paper cooked inside the pancakes.

Great hotel in a prime location. Modern and alternative decor with super comfy beds. Only fault I can offer is that I felt like the house keeping needed a little more attention to detail 😃
