房子不新了，但設施挺新。房間有直飲水而且很靠譜，自動感應亮燈，電視。除了地毯可能該換了之外其他都很好。服務很好，地理位置也很方便。忘了拍照啦。

首先我想説，我在這住的已經感覺跟家裡一樣。早餐非常好，很符合這個價位。帶着孩子也比較舒適，停車場也很大不用為停車煩惱了，裏面設施齊全，下次來旅遊還得來中凱酒店。

住的時候雖然已經是深夜了，但是前台還是很熱情的給開了房間 住的九樓房間 房間感覺很驚喜，真的很大，沒有壓抑的感覺住的很舒服 第二天早上起的晚了 本來以為可能趕不上早餐了，但是跟服務員説了以後 又給我送到了房間了 臨走的時候又送了我一份果盤，實在是沒時間吃啦服務員大姐給打包了幾個蘋果讓我帶走了 這個真的很暖心啊就感覺 我太愛了 下次還要住哈哈哈

服務很好，特別好，還有小零食。設施相對有些陳舊。
早餐種類還可以，衹是去晚了有些就不再添加了，導致我最後一天才發現還有好幾種東西一直沒吃到。
最後感謝下前台，由於自己失誤把發票撕壞了，寄回酒店後前台非常幫忙，積極的換票，沒耽誤報銷

酒店服務不錯，地理位置也比較優越，旁邊就是小吃街。也有一個比較大的商場。和超市。總體位置不錯。
吐槽的一點兒就是我住的房間不隔音，暈死。旁邊住的兩個男孩，説話 看電視 影響我到凌晨。無奈

酒店很寬敞，空間很大，尤其是洗手間，能看出昔日的輝煌，但現在有些老了，不影響居住，位置很好，樓下隔壁就是一個大商場，應該是鶴壁比較好的商場。餐飲、電影院一應俱全，尤其是商場裏的超市食品很多，酒店餐廳服務非常好，因為下雪在餐廳裏吃的飯，還送到房間一頓，味道也好，價格也很實在，酒店前台有點小，早餐和漢庭的差不多，不夠四星級的。
