凌晨1點送布草，在走廊上不停的發生碰撞的聲音，把我和隔壁房間的家人都吵醒了，打電話給前台反饋竟然説每天都是這樣的，一次非常不好的入住體驗，希望酒店加強管理，給客人帶來更安靜的入住體驗

每次出差都是住的這家酒店，離合肥高鐵南站非常的近，打車幾分鐘，非常的方便，工作人員服務態度非常好，早餐很也豐盛！！

千萬不要住！千萬不要住！這是住酒店十幾年遇到服務最差的一次！也是我給評分最低的一次！
開始找不到辦入住的地方禮貌打電話去問，告知我在超市門口，前台説往前走，問多一句往超市左或右走，前台很不耐煩説你自己看指示牌你自己導航。因為大堂要拐彎實在沒找到又打一次，連打兩次電話都這個態度，叫我自己看導航。進到大堂後沒有一句招呼，看也不看一眼，明明店裡沒有其他客户，還是我主動説你好我定了一間房，然而前台衹是簡單回了一句好，像領導口氣一樣。提醒安排安靜一點的房型，明明入住率不高不升級房型也就算了，還特地安排了對高架的房，一夜無好眠。拜託如家培訓一下員工吧！客户是花錢來入住沒有欠你們酒店，帶着情緒來上班是怎麼回事？建議回家去當大爺別出來上班了，旅遊的好心情都被前台弄的對合肥無感了。負責人可查監控確認以上是否屬實。
再説裝修和衞生，裝修保養比較新凈，簡潔的商務風，大部分挺乾淨，不過桌面明顯沒擦乾淨，椅子上也都是污漬。吹風機是雜牌，風很小，而且吹頭髮需要按着按鍵才出風，洗手間沒有配一次性馬桶墊或酒精濕巾，洗手間水頭幾分鐘是黃色的，沐浴間下水速度還行。房間隔音很差很差，旁邊高架橋行車聲音很明顯，隔壁住户説話的聲音也很明顯。而且如家樓層很不好，在2-5樓，建議大家選同一棟的希岸，樓層在6樓以上，價格基本差不多，真該選希岸。

酒店周圍高架橋環繞，路邊很吵
周邊是公園，吃飯逛街配套不行
有發票，有早餐，有水，洗漱用品質量不行
正規的酒店，性價比一般。
