"Hefei's first five-star hotel, I just had to check it out, haha! Highlights: Excellent downtown location! The subway entrance is right downstairs, making getting around super convenient! Stayed on the 25th floor, enjoying a romantic 'cloud-top' experience with a dazzling night view! And wow, the 29th-floor revolving restaurant offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Hefei's cityscapes! The female manager in the suit was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making me feel so welcome! I discreetly found out her last name is Qin, hehe. Booked through Trip.com, and the value for money was absolutely amazing!!! So happy, yay!"

"The connecting rooms are perfect for a family of four. Hygiene: The hotel is clean. Facilities: There's a children's play area next to the breakfast area. Service: The service was excellent. We woke up late and thought we'd missed breakfast, but the hotel staff specially arranged for us to dine at the executive lounge upstairs. The welcome fruit was also a nice touch. When it rained in Hefei, the hotel provided umbrellas for us to use temporarily. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!"

Selina, our butler, proactively reached out the day before to coordinate, and her service was incredibly thoughtful. Upon check-in, ladies even received a pink Diana rose, which was such a lovely touch! The executive lounge and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's location next to MixC shopping mall and the museum made getting around, shopping, and visiting exhibitions super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei!"

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite good. It's conveniently located, and the room was clean, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The toiletries provided were also nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Eastern and Western dishes, with diverse choices including stir-fries, cold dishes, and delicious chicken noodle soup and wontons. Parking at the hotel was easy, and you just scan a QR code at the front desk for free parking. The front desk staff, especially the young ladies, were very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out, which was a lovely touch."
