The staff is nice and quick. Unfortunately, there is hardly any decent food for vegetarians. The buffet is rich, fruit mostly fresh and plentiful. The rooms are ok and well heated. The pool is very old, filled with children, the sauna is overcrowded. Unfortunately only open when the kids are screaming in the pool. Not a trace of calm... Attention, you can easily slip despite your flip-flops.

Breakfast is similar to a youth hostel, which makes the lady who prepared fresh fried eggs no better, according to the motto, would like to, but can't! The dinner is a pure impertinence, summarized, terrible! Experimental cuisine in Hungarian!! The staff is friendly and helpful but unfortunately all from Hungary and will never see me again as a guest, just like the entire Kreischberg ski area! If I want Hungarian hosts, I go to Hungary and not to a very historic old Austrian place with the expectation of being received in a traditional hotel with local hosts. A pity .....!!!
