Dagu Glacier Hotel

I booked the wrong time, and when I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that I had booked a room for the previous day. The beautiful woman at the hotel front desk didn't embarrass me and took the initiative to help me change my stay. There is complimentary mineral water in the room. It is indeed a pleasure to enjoy the beautiful scenery of red leaves all over the mountains and plains in the hotel's garden. It's okay to have a full breakfast. Although it is the peak season for viewing red leaves, there are many cars, but there are ample parking spaces.

A very nice hotel with an excellent location, very close to the Ancient Glacier Scenic Area and the Naizigou Colorful Forest Area. The environment of the entire hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are very nice, the service is patient, attentive and thoughtful, and the elegant room was upgraded for free. Just make do with breakfast. In Tibetan areas, the requirements cannot be too high. The facilities are indeed as other guests shared, they are old. It is a pity that the facilities are so good in such a good environment and location. Cailin is very beautiful. Unfortunately, my schedule was so busy that I only stayed for one night. I’ll come back next time~

The front desk service attitude is now better than before, and the room service attitude is also very good. The check-in was delayed due to network issues. The front desk contacted the floor attendant to open the room for us first. The floor attendant saw our family of three checking in and took the initiative to send a set of toiletries and pillows to the room. When I sent the room card to the room door, I also gave three breakfast coupons to express my apology. It is recommended that the sound insulation of the doors and windows of the hotel room be improved.
