Beautifully located at the border of a forest. Nice, modern room with balcony overlooking a big garden area. Breakfast and supper was superb. Big choice of all kind of food for breakfast, inkluding white saussages. The swimming pool, sauna and relaxing area are very pleasent. Little things like free cold water for drinking during you stay at the sauna make it a lot more comfortable for your stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and may highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right on the edge of the forest and highly recommended for hikes and relaxation. The employees are very friendly and attentive. I will definitely reserve there again to continue my hiking route (Neckarsteig). The room was newly renovated, great mattress, good pillows - bathroom also new and very comfortable. The wellness area (with 3 saunas + infrared cabin), indoor pool has been renovated - there is a spacious sunbathing lawn in a well-kept garden. A dream for those who value tranquility. There is something for everyone at the breakfast buffet. I can't write anything about the restaurant - that will be the case next time.

We got the night as a gift via a Mydays voucher. The location of the hotel is very idyllic and quiet, when you come to the hotel it was decorated here for Easter, really nicely done. The rooms were modernly furnished and also very quiet. We really liked the wellness area, here you can relax in the jacuzzi, steam bath and saunas. We deducted the star because the floor in our room wasn't vacuumed and there was an old beer glass on the balcony. It's also a pity that you have to check out at 10.30 a.m., here you would like to sleep longer and have a more relaxed breakfast ;-)

Helaas was het voor ons een teleurstellende ervaring. Het hotel is behoorlijk aan de prijs, maar kan het niet waarmaken en laat veel steken vallen. Bij aankomst geen douchegel of shampoo aanwezig. Toiletpapier wordt niet bijgevuld. In het restaurant is de kwaliteit van het eten goed, maar laat het bedienend personeel echt zware steken vallen. We kregen de indruk dat het trainees betroffen en daar is helemaal niets mis mee, mits er goede begeleiding is door de ervaren medewerkers. Onnodig lang wachten, verkeerd geleverde bestellingen etc. De medewerkers zijn onvoldoende op elkaar ingespeeld en het loopt gewoon niet goed. Alle lof voor de receptioniste en zij probeert hier en daar kleine en grote fouten op te lossen.

Erster Eindruck von außen „naja …“, doch beim Betreten des Hotels eine sehr positive Überraschung. Modern, großzügig und hell. Die Begrüßung war leider etwas spartanisch … kurz und knapp wurde erklärt wie und was. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, so dass wir nachmittags … ungelogen, 29 grad in den Zimmern hatten. Den Vorhang öffnen war keine Option, sonst wäre es wahrscheinlich noch wärmer geworden. Da die Lüftung im Badezimmer, kein Tageslicht Bad, auch nicht funktioniert hat kam die feuchte Luft zusätzlich zur Wärme auch noch ins Zimmer. Abends oder morgens lässt es sich auf dem Balkon gut aushalten, aber diese könnten auch ganz dringend eine Reinigung bzw. Renovierung vertragen. Das Bett ist ausreichend groß, nur Matratze und Kissen sind wohl schon etwas älter, durchgelegen bzw. sehr sehr weich. Es werden Bademäntel und Badetücher bereit gestellt, leider waren diese schmutzig und auch schon defekt. Diese Dinge waren mit Sicherheit frisch gewaschen, aber wenn die Flecken nicht mehr raus gehen wird es einfach Zeit für neues. Wellnessbereich ist sehr ansprechend. Nur auch hier wieder defekte liegen, zu wenige liegen, defekte Markise etc. Mit ein wenig Zutun wäre das alles relativ schnell behoben. Der Biergarten und das Restaurant sind eigentlich ganz schön. Das Essen war bis auf eine Nachspeise immer sehr sehr gut, das kann man nur empfehlen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, es spricht nichts dagegen dort wieder rast zu machen…

Wir waren nur kurz in dem ruhig gelegenen Hotel. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit kleinem Bad und Balkon. Schöner Wellnessbereich und herrlicher Garten. Der Service war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen mangelhaft - fing schon beim Einchecken an - unfreundlich und alles andere als „einen Gast willkommen heißen“,. Auch im Restaurant war der Service allenfalls durchschnittlich und auf jeden Fall weit unter unsern Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht.

Ich hatte mich am 3. Tag meiner Neckarsteig-Wanderung auf ein richtig gutes Hotel gefreut. Leider war der Start weniger gut: für 5 Uhr hatte ich Massage gebucht, die aus mir nicht mitgeteiltem Grund auf 6 Uhr verschoben wurde und dann auch erst eine Viertelstunde später begann. Zudem klappte die WLAN-Verbindung nur sporadisch; was mir bisher noch in keinem Hotel passierte. Das Abendessen war dann wirklich sehr gut. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und flink. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich; es gibt Tageszeitungen! Also, wenn die wenigen kritischen Kleinigkeiten, die mich geärgert haben, nicht gewesen wären, ….

Sehr schönes inhabergeführtes Hotel . Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet - direkt am Waldrand und oberhalb von Neunkirchen mit Blick in die Ferne über den Odenwald, das Essen ausgesprochen lecker und der Service sehr freundlich. Ich komme schon einige Jahre hierher zur Teilnahme des Yoga/Pilates Wochenende mit Christiane Wolff und war immer sehr zufrieden . Schöne Zimmer, feiner Spabereich und ein wunderschöner Garten mit viel Ruhe, guter Luft und ausreichend Liegen . Herz was willst Du mehr !

Tolles Hotel mit schönem Wellnessbereich. Moderne, saubere Zimmer mit Blick ins Grüne Lage in Waldnähe - super für schöne Waldspaziergänge. Zuvorkommender Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl. Besonders zu empfehlen ist auch der Sonntagsbrunch. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
