We checked in this hotel to play golf tournament at the nearby golf course. We stayed 5 nights and 3 nights individually with 2 rooms. My room was not having any room services to clean rooms for 3 days. When I complained Front desk they said I have to request room clean services if I need someone clean the room. I never heard of it that I have to request room service on daily basis. Another room was not services for one day. Till we went back hotel and noted no services were made on our room no clean towels no make beds. We were so frustrated and spoke with the Management Manager as she told me the same we have to request if to clean room.
I will never stay in this hotel !

The property itself is designed beautifully BUT it needs an upgrade ASAP. Carpet not too clean, furniture are old, pool not too clean, double beds are full size 😖. I stayed on the 8th floor and the hallway’s ac wasn’t working and the outside temperature was 107•F so it was super hot in there.

It was a relaxing getaway to celebrate my husband's 74th birthday. We have been coming to this hotel for years, way back when it was the Ritz Carlton!

If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is the spot! it was a great stay, plenty of places to eat and drink with pretty scenery all around, kind of reminded me of a little village in Italy we had a view of the lake and got to watch the kayakers going up and down the river. there were bunnies and ducks in the yard. The place was quiet, there were no events the day we were there. but they do have events.

Overall stay was good, however the hotel was outdated there was old USB outlets in the room and none in the lobby and no option to purchase usb cables, room was outdated and carpet looked dirty, could easily hear neighbors in the next room, some of light fixtures didn't turn on.

We spent most of the day and evening at the resort waiting for our red eye flight home. Wonderful way to spend our last day in Vegas. It was quiet and peaceful, plenty of places to eat and relax around the property.

We had to move room three times , ash tray full of cigarettes buds , as doesn’t work ,wedding cake and moldy food were left in the fridge . We will never stay in another Hilton hotel !

Over All had a good experience. some of the staff members where VERY aggressive and rude to some of my family and that is concerning, My room was clean ish, the cabinet the fridge handle came off multiple times. But I would stay there again as I did enjoy the lake view and amenities the facility had to offer.

Place needs a lot of love. Room facing the lake are full of moskito. Can't get our room to be service even after aksing 3 times
