房間整體還不錯，但是新買的白色睡衣在他們酒店穿了一次第二天（17號）忘記拿走了，後來退房來長沙了，當天晚上發現睡衣沒帶回就聯繫了酒店前台，説幫我找，結果沒後續
我第二天（18號）又繼續打了，一個男的説前台上廁所去了，待會幫我問下，又沒有後續了
今天打電話，説沒找到，還説説客人落下的東西都會保留三個月，意思是我自己帶走了，我自己的責任……誰會沒事找事，給自己添堵，落東西是我的問題，可是我及時反饋了遲遲得不到回饋且一直推卸，貴酒店這樣做真的合理嗎？

前台服務態度還是很不錯的，就是房間設施設備太舊了，燈上厚厚的一層灰，房間裏，門外都是蚊子。看外面走廊感覺還好，一進房間真是…..

酒店空調都不開，會説是機器壞了，不能制熱要等到幾點才會來維修，就便是等到晚上半夜也沒有人來處理，其實是老闆省錢把空調關了，鬱悶！

還不錯吧，酒店前台有機器人外賣什麼的自動送過來，酒店該有的它都有，比較舒服住的，風格也挺好，淋浴和衞生間是分開的，還不錯，

60坪的套房 有棋牌室 整體挺好的 就是三樓沒有什麼風景
樓身很長 走了就很然後左轉⬅️又左轉⬅️才找到
洗澡水太難控制了

酒店設施真的非常差勁，廁所門口必經之路的地磚都翹起來幾釐米高，半夜上廁所的時候腳趾甲都踢掉翻過來了。打電話到前台要創可貼，服務員沒有創可貼竟然讓我們自己叫**送。這麼大一個酒店連一個必備的急救應急包都沒有。服務員半個小時後打電話來説找到兩個創可貼。

房間真的特別差不值這個價格，地板都是翹起來的。半夜上廁所路過把膠指甲絆掉了下來。整個叫膠都腫起來了。跟前台要個創可貼這種急救必備品都沒有。還有就是沒辦法洗澡。水要麼很燙。要麼很冷。床點彈簧好像很久了。有些彈簧壞了。有高有底的。枕頭特別高。舒適度極差。打麻將不睡就還好。不然真的不建議入住
