本來親子房格局風格看上去還挺好，但入住時衞生明顯沒搞！衞生間的垃圾沒倒！茶水桌，牀頭櫃都有污跡！該添置的沒有補充，要求多張被子都沒有！要求增加洗漱套裝，提出多次也沒有拿過來！嚴重差評！

ワンダプラザというショッピングモールの裏側に建つホテルで周りにお店が多くて便利です。入り口は他のホテルと共用になっているようで少し分かりにくかったです。
部屋自体は悪くなかったです。よく休むことができました。ただ、料金はちょっと高いと感じました。
最も残念だった点は、トリップドットコム上は「禁煙」になっていたのが、このホテルを選んだ理由だったのですが、実際は喫煙でした。部屋はタバコくさく、灰皿も置かれていました。中国の郊外なので、周辺のホテルも禁煙のホテルはないのかもしれません。
また、チェックアウト時間がトリップドットコム上では「14：00」となっていたため、チェックアウト日の昼に、部屋に荷物を置いたまま、食事のため外出をし、13：30ごろに部屋に戻るとルームキーが使えなくなっていました。フロントで話すと、フロアにいる従業員に話せと言われ、フロアの従業員に話すと、フロントで話せと言われ、ドアを開けてもらうのに難儀しました。
中国郊外のホテルはトリップドットコムに記載の情報が適当な場合が多いので、メールなどで確認する必要があるかもしれません。

床具和被子枕頭非常柔軟舒服。白天隔音不算太好但晚上也夠安靜。服務非常熱情很積極的處理問題。早餐內容豐富，設施齊全，前台服務人員很熱情，還有贈小飲料送滿意。

房間乾淨，安靜。早餐豐富。適合帶孩子。免費停車。床舒服，屬於稍軟的床墊。投影儀很大需要拉上窗簾看哦，服務很好。前台還幫忙解決了小問題。

房間非常乾淨，已經不是第一次入住了，去年五一也住過，衹不過這次洗臉毛巾換成了一次性洗臉巾，非常好👍，一來衞生，而來便捷，房間提供咖啡，一起坐着喝喝下午茶也非常好👍，前台小姐姐非常熱情，給我們升級了湖景房，剛開始投影儀不會用，諮詢了前台，立馬就讓工作人員上來調整了，必須5星🌟

出去考試訂的酒店，周圍環境不錯，乾淨衞生，服務態度好，就是要是再來張舒服點的椅子就好了，就一張小圓桌，本來還想看會書，奈何坐床上太不舒服了，最後乾脆躺下來看電視了

房間很乾凈，問了前台是22年底的店，也還好沒多久，就喜歡住這種店，東西都還比較新哈哈哈，衞生阿姨也挺好的，笑眯眯的 不遠的地方有池塘，釣魚安排一波

位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華 旁邊就是萬達
出行方便，門口有停車位非常方便，大廳簡潔大氣，佈局合理，有輕音樂，很好聽，前台茶非常不錯
