酒店位置很好，停車方便，雖然是老酒店設施算不上陳舊，牡丹文化特色氛圍濃厚，自助餐也不錯，從客房看前院還比較氣派。知道我有客人來，特意給準備了一套小茶具，給服務員點贊！

菏澤牡丹大酒店很有地方特色，地毯，房間牆貼畫，餐廳、走廊牆畫都是與牡丹有關，高雅脱俗。自助餐和早餐很豐盛。但設施很陳舊，窗户打不開，紗窗也破損了。

房間乾淨整潔，床品非常舒適，特別是被子應該是剛晾曬過得有好聞的太陽味道，驚訝的是不光提供免費洗衣、晾曬服務，服務員還會熨燙平整放回房間，服務太貼心了，前台的小妹妹服務也很熱情，真的非常棒必須五星。

已經不是第一次入住了，上次來外面水池的睡蓮還沒有開，這次養的很好，花很漂亮，前台服務非常不錯，很温馨，客房衞生乾淨，值得入住。早餐這次感覺比上次提升了不少。
