The room was OK, the high floor was very quiet, the hygiene was OK, the bathroom was well separated into wet and dry areas, the only downside was that the room phone was broken, so I could only use my own cell phone to make calls.

It's so cold in Gannan. After we came, it was so hot in the summer that we couldn't stand the cold. We wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but we were told that all air conditioners in the hotel were turned off and the air conditioners in the room didn't work. Overall, it's just average. There's not much else to say. Traveling with children and the elderly, the hotel didn't receive enthusiastic service!

The hotel service is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is very convenient to pick up and drop off from Pudong Airport and Disneyland. I booked their exclusive parent-child suite with two separate rooms and a separate bathroom. Because I am going to Disneyland with my children, so It is very convenient to have a free shuttle bus, because the reservation is without breakfast. When checking out the room, the lady at the front desk thoughtfully gave me three breakfast coupons and a small souvenir. Thank you for the thumbs up. The room is very quiet and has a large area. It's big. I stayed there for three consecutive nights and had a good experience. The breakfast is on the first floor and the buffet tastes good. There is a free parking lot at the door, which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.
