Walking distance to district 1. Groceries and pharmacy at the ground floor. Accessible and clean pool. Gym. Friendly and responsive host. Nice view from 14th floor, river view. Convenient with kitchen, washing machine and shirt iron.

久しぶりに酷いとこでした。
①事前に到着時間やチェックイン時間をメールで知らせていても、全く返信なく
当日、案の定、チェックインできず…。
Trip.comカスタマーセンター経由で催促してもらい、チェックインに1時間半もかかりました。
リマインドしなかった私が悪いのか？
②2日目、朝から洗濯を回したが、洗濯機が旅行者には複雑なドラム式で使い方分からずオーナーに来て操作をお願いしたが、洗濯が回り終わったらドアが開かなくなり洗濯物取り出せず…。
結局1日中、ホテルに待機して、夕方メカニックが来て修理してもらい、取り出すことができた。
洗濯機のドアが開かないって、人生で初めての経験…。
③部屋を変えてもらったが、エアコンが効かず。
その代わりなのか、扇風機が置いてあったんで
扇風機生活…。
(前の部屋は効き過ぎなくらいだった)
④チェックアウトは、早く退出してくれと催促される。
⑤チェックアウト後の荷物は預かってくれません。カードも早く返さなきゃいけないんでプールも使えません。
ホテルじゃなくて、コンド型民泊です。
これだけ、不快な思いさせられてるのに
謝罪もなし…。
ロケーションやプール、ジム等の設備面はいいが
サービス面が酷い…。
のんびりにしに来たのに、イライラさせられにきた感じ。

바닥에 온갖 먼지 털 등등
아파트는 좋은데
방청소 관리를 전혀안해서
이불 침대 더럽고 냄새나고
수건은 찌린내 진동해서 마트가서 수건 사서 사용함
