The room was noisy due to construction (renovation) in progress. There was noise coming from the ceiling fan or some kind of electronic equipment.

Don't rely on the pictures you see..
Oakwood and Richlane belong to the same company but Oakwood is bit (very little) better than Richlane..

Very new apartment hotel, the room is big, with sofa, kitchen, washing machine and dryer, which is really convenient. Next to the hotel is a big shopping mall with food, drinks and entertainment. There is a seafood buffet restaurant with super rich and fresh food. Foodies must try it.

I stayed at Richline Residence because of a business trip~ It was a very clean place and I loved it! It was spacious and clean, and since it is a residence facility, I think it was great because I could easily cook food! VivoCity and Skypark are located nearby, so it is a good location for eating and enjoying things around!!
