The room is very clean and comfortable, and the environment is good. The front desk service is super good, I will stay here again next time. It is very convenient to go out. It is not far from the shopping center. The swimming pool and gym are very convenient. I will stay here next time.

I liked the hotel, convenient location, 7 minutes to the beach. They speak English at the reception, if you don't understand, they turn on a translator into Russian 😉. Standard breakfasts: eggs, sausages, chicken, vegetables, fruits, juices, dry breakfasts for milk. They cleaned every day, the Thais have their own concept of cleaning and cleanliness 😊! The bed is always perfectly made, things are in place, the floors are either swept or washed with a barely damp cloth, only in the middle 😂. It's nice to walk, but the corners and under the bed are dusty. In general, for this money, the hotel is decent, we looked at 2 others closer to the beach, we didn't like them. There is a small pool, it works until 22:00, but if you behave decently (don't drink or yell), then they allow it until 23:00. And by the way, through the app a night is cheaper than buying it on the spot. Next time I will stay here with pleasure 😉.

Very unsuccessful. I asked to change the dates and the hotel refused and took all the money from me. I did not stay in the hotel. I do not recommend it at all. The staff’s treatment is very bad.

A good hotel, clean, everything new, good breakfasts, friendly staff. The only downside is that if the windows overlook the road, it's noisy. Earplugs solve the problem. Of our company, the noise bothered only me.

There are too few check-in officers. Normally there should be at least 2 people, which makes check-in slow. And the bedroom can hear the sound of the next room, which is next 2-3 rooms. Breakfast has a few options.
