Apartment Suite In Center Ho Chi Minh City

I have to admit, the staff service during check-in was excellent. However, the room type assigned was completely different from what I booked, and the check-in address was also incorrect, with no prior notification whatsoever. When I brought these issues up later, they were consistently ignored. In short, the overall experience was awful and utterly off-putting. Oh, and another thing – their staff would arbitrarily open our door. Although they didn't actually enter, it felt absolutely disgusting and frankly terrifying. Their explanation was that they didn't know if we were still in the room. Seriously, would we just leave without getting our deposit back or having our issues resolved? What kind of ridiculous logic is that? 🙄 I strongly advise everyone against staying at this 'hotel.' It's essentially just a daily rental apartment being leased out to travelers. The hygiene is abysmal, so terrible it's almost comical.

Excellent. The surroundings are beautiful and impeccably clean.

The accommodation was excellent, with plenty of attractions nearby and very convenient dining and drinking options.
