Fully paid a month in advance with ********** but it didn't mean anything. They pretended they didn't are my reservation because they already sold my room and were completely booked. I had the 3rd party forward the reservation they they finally can't say they don't have it. So then I'm told they haven't used ********** (*******) since Covid so that's 2 years but as of today this property is still listed on their site. Anywho they wanted me to stay at a worse hotel for the same price, didn't happen, I got a refund. Customer service does not exist here. I had to call the 3rd party myself bc they wouldn't and they pretty much gave up on me and I had to keep the interaction alive. One front desk person was on her phone texting while this is going on. They truly didn't care, even spoke to "manager" on the receptionist cell phone. They were true scammers telling the 3rd party they received the confirmation and I would be checked in while not communicating anything with me hoping to take my money and not provide a service. If you are able to check in early with cash you might be good to go but honestly the hotel wasn't updated it just had a great location. Dealing with incompetent staff, long wait time may not be worth the price tag. Truly disgusting experience.
