5/5PerfectThis centrally located hotel is clean and well maintained. It has a left luggage option which is very useful and travellers can use a laundry - a godsend when travelling. The reception staff are polite,helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of most attractions. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and on Sundays there is a food market on the doorstep also a traditional pub. I would stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

4/5Very GoodGreat location central to CBD with the Sunday Farmers Market outside the door. Some issues with online booking site (Trip.com) not sending through booking but the staff were very good sorting it out and gave us discounted parking for the night. There was a considerable amount of rubbish underneath the bed (dropped glasses went under it) so not being vacuumed and the hot water was lukewarm at best - I sat in the bathtub with just the hot water running and it was still not hot enough and I had to boil the kettle to heat it up.

Haven't found the right property yet?
Very good location with walking distance to the core downtown zone. Woolworth in less than 10 min walking distance too. Good facility and friendly staff. Really love the big windows in the room with a decent view.
