INNER MONGOLIA WULAN HOTEL

My family of three adults and one child arrived at Hohhot East Railway Station at 9 PM on the 25th. We were caught in a torrential downpour, and after an hour, we couldn't find a ride. The children were young and worried about getting caught in the rain and catching a fever. In desperation, we called the front desk of the Hohhot Wulan Hotel, hoping they could pick us up. Mr. Guo, the front desk supervisor, volunteered to pick us up in his car and arranged for pork chop noodles and milk to be delivered to our room. This morning, they also delivered raincoats, allowing us to visit the museum with peace of mind. That afternoon, we changed our train back to Beijing. Mr. Guo called again, explaining that online taxis were difficult to book and offering to take us to Hohhot East Railway Station. As we returned to our room to pack our belongings, we witnessed another heartwarming scene (see photos). Now that we've arrived at East Railway Station, we write this post with gratitude. Thank you, Wulan Hotel, and Mr. Guo! We'll stay at Wulan again for the great rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service!

It was my first time in Hohhot. Because there were many people traveling with me, I booked a family room. When checking in, Chen Yu at the front desk learned that we were here for a concert and needed to stay one more day. She kindly provided us with an exclusive surprise extension rate and an extra breakfast. The warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. The breakfast was rich. The hotel is conveniently located, Didi taxis responded quickly, and the city experience was also good. I would choose to stay again if I have the chance!

This accommodation experience was great! The facilities are quite complete and keep up with the times. The smart devices are very easy to use. The sanitation is clean and tidy, and you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The location is close to the subway and the business district, there are many choices for dining, and you can choose any business district for shopping, which is super convenient. The service is even better. The staff is considerate and timely, and they handle everything seriously and responsibly.
