Wanda Vista Hohhot

The environment and service were excellent. We received complimentary fruits and drinks in the room, and they even gave a gift for our child. It's right next to Wanda Plaza and a snack street, making it convenient for shopping, entertainment, and getting around by taxi or subway. Next time we're in Hohhot, we'll definitely stay here again.

Wanda Vista Hohhot truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier local luxury hotel! The ambiance is luxurious yet warm, featuring a magnificent and stunning lobby, as well as neat and aesthetically pleasing public areas. Room cleanliness was top-notch—the desk, bathroom, and floors were impeccably spotless with zero unpleasant odors. The staff were polite and friendly, and Kevin left a particularly deep impression with his patient communication and prompt assistance whenever needed. His high level of professionalism made the entire stay effortless and pleasant. Highly recommended! The room was super, super warm! It was the only night during our three-day trip to Inner Mongolia over the National Day holiday where we didn't freeze. 🥺 The Wanda Mall is right downstairs, and transportation is very convenient. The breakfast was abundant with a great variety of options suitable for both the elderly and children. The front desk even offers grilled sausages, and complimentary fruit was delivered in the evening. The hotel decor also features wonderful Inner Mongolia characteristics, and upon departure, we were gifted an Inner Mongolia fridge magnet and a yurt pendant. Love it, love it! 🥰

The rooms are spacious, clean, bright, and free of any strange odors, and the soundproofing is effective. The front desk service was warm, thoughtful, and responsive. Aside from the food delivery robots, the smart technology in the hotel is generally just average. The breakfast was relatively rich, with a good variety of local specialties. The only minor drawback was that one light in the room was faulty and couldn't be turned on later.

You could really feel his dedication and professionalism; he truly valued the guests. The room was comfortable overall, the duvet was perfect for the weather, and the electric toilet was a nice touch. The view outside the window was also quite beautiful.

Traveling with kids, this hotel is conveniently located near the airport and backed by the Wanda Plaza commercial area, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are quite well-maintained. The staff are all very enthusiastic.
