We were there with many people for a family weekend. The rooms are good, the location right next to the forest is beautiful, as the start of a large number of far-reaching hiking trails. We were a bit unlucky with the weather in that regard. The wellness area is very nice and offers a bit of everything. Here, too, it is of course even more successful if the weather also allows the use of the very beautifully landscaped open spaces. But the hotel cannot do anything about the latter. We ate in the hotel's restaurant as well as in the associated and nearby restaurant Flürchen. Highly recommended and very courteous service, as well as at breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired in terms of abundance for all tastes. The rooms are spacious (in our case the recommended suite) and the WiFi coverage is good. The dog-friendly attitude of the hotel is particularly likeable. You pay for it, but that's a big plus. Last but not least: praise the friendly bartenders! We will be back.

Thanks to the very warm support from Mrs. Rosenfeld, we were able to move into the most beautiful suite in her house at short notice. We felt completely comfortable, impressed by the view in this fantastically beautiful weather. Breakfast was a treat every day with lots of variety and very friendly staff. The four-course menu in the evening was also exquisite, a treat for the palate, presented by professional and humorous employees who tried very attentively to fulfill our wishes. The grounds offered us plenty of peace and a chance to relax in the sun. The sauna landscape was mostly very pleasant, especially the earth sauna with the excellent infusions by Armin and Jasmine. Both were characterized by their wonderful sense of humor and their imagination as well as a very personal approach. It would certainly be a pleasure to be able to use the honey-salt mixture for peeling more often. As a wish for the future, an outdoor pool would certainly increase the enjoyment even further by being able to cool off and refresh yourself in the almost subtropical temperatures. We were also enthusiastic about the possibility of the riding facility and the stables. We will be happy to continue to rave about you to our friends and acquaintances and make a booking with them again. With heartfelt thanks and greetings for the warm welcome and care, we remain

A very nice house with a huge wellness area. The staff was well trained and extremely friendly. Starting with the breakfast buffet to the evening meal, it was good, the portions were very-very generous. Apparently there are new and older rooms. Our room belonged to the last category with a large balcony facing the courtyard, a bit old. The room service probably didn't take it that seriously. There was life behind the bedside table.

I was there with my daughter for two days for wellness. We felt very comfortable. Very nice restaurant, nice service and all extra wishes were fulfilled. Many Thanks. The spa area is past its prime, the pool is small and dark. The staff in the spa very friendly and accommodating. Nice rooms, very clean and big enough.

We stayed 2 nights in the south wing (room 205). The room is very nice and large and modern/stylish. Great, large bathroom with a spacious rain shower. The Hotel Heinz has a very nice, large spa/wellness area and the treatments (hot stone) were very nice and relaxing. We didn't find the swimming pool too small, you should find the right time for you to swim there. The breakfast was delicious and nothing was missing. We would not book half-board in the future, but choose from the evening menu. The half-board was not convincing. The many brownies are very hardworking, super nice and helpful. That was very beneficial. In the Christmas decorations, which were furnished with a lot of love, it was easy to leave everyday life behind.

The Hotel Heinz enjoys a good reputation in the Westerwald and the surrounding area, on which we believe it rests. We booked the introductory offer from Sunday to Monday and almost found it to be “mass processing”. Our room was on the stairwell and therefore very noisy and the sleep was not very restful. The wellness area is nice, but it would be appropriate to introduce an entry stop at a certain point. The rest areas are limited and getting loungers is difficult. We also never saw a member of staff clearing reserved loungers, as stated. Furthermore, the relaxation areas are open to the other areas and are accordingly very loud. The dinner is okay, but you can taste that it was kept warm for a long time, the breakfast is good. The general condition of the hotel and the rooms you have to say that it is partly shabby. The rooms are large, but small things like grout, broken tiles, half-torn signs or other things could be repaired. If you take a closer look, you will notice many corners that could be made beautiful again with simple things, starting with a few flickering lamps in the restaurant and wellness area. Overall the hotel is a nice hotel, but needs to work on its standards to ensure guests have a good stay.

A beautifully furnished hotel, with a very good restaurant and a great spa area with a beautiful garden (only the swimming pool could be bigger). The spa area offers a wide variety of applications, everyone will find something. There are many masseurs, beauticians, so that you can still arrange something at short notice (even if it may not be the first thing you want); but it's better to do it when you book your accommodation! The service is very friendly and approachable everywhere. Gladly again. PS: there are gluten-free cakes!

We came with a family of 5 and were looking forward to the first WE with friends since the beginning of the pandemic. All in all, one has to say that the food is nice but not too good for the masses and that the staff is generally very friendly. But you have to be measured against the standard 4s and, apart from the price, that is far from being achieved. We had a themed room plus adjoining room with a connecting door, neither of the two bathrooms had a shower, one bathroom had a corner bath without any shower partition and was certainly not usable. The beds were ok, the cleanliness not more than adequate, the rooms were probably last renovated before the turn of the millennium, I see no air conditioning and any other comfort. The whole thing for us for EUR 750 in half-board madness. On the first evening we had great service and great food, so that we started the weekend full of joy. But on the 2nd night they forgot us the food was average. When we pointed out that we hadn't even had drinks until the start of the meal, we tried hard, but unfortunately the impression had already fallen through the cracks. When we then left on Sunday and wanted to go to the room after breakfast, cleaning had already started before checkout, the first on the weekend, which, in my opinion, is not possible despite Corona. The housekeeping lady then said that was completely normal, but the colleagues contradicted this at checkout and without asking further asked, they took the cost of an extra bed off the bill, which was a nice touch. All in all a very average grossly over priced hotel, for the price there is Bollants in the park in the region worthy of its category so will not be returning.
