Wafaifo Resort Hoi An

It was a really, really great experience! I think I'll stay here again when I visit Hoi An!! Everything from the breakfast to the pool and gym was really great! The pool was heated so it was great to swim late at night, and the gym had a lot of great equipment! The breakfast was delicious and I also used the cinema, which was really great. I recommend it!!👍🏻 The staff were also very friendly~~

The staff is friendly and clean. The location is a bit inconvenient and the size is small, so it is not good for a quiet rest. There are too few guests, so the breakfast is not fresh. It is good for families with children, as there is a playroom and a shallow pool. It is a new hotel, but it seems difficult to call it a 5-star hotel.

We stayed one night in Hoi An to go to the night market. The location was good because it was not far from the night market, but the bed was uncomfortable, so we hardly slept. In terms of cost-effectiveness, it was okay. The next day, before checking out, we packed our bags and went to the Old Town to have coffee. However, the card key did not work, so we ended up opening it with a new key at the counter. However, when we were leaving, we looked around and saw that someone had used the bathroom and had not flushed the water. We were surprised. It was strange. Did I make a mistake? I felt uneasy, but I didn't suspect anything because I locked my suitcase and went out. However, the problem was When checking out, I asked if they had seen the laundry bag because they said there was no laundry bag. We said we didn't see it because we only slept for one day and used the bathroom, so we hardly used the facilities. But we kept asking about the laundry bag, which may or may not have been there. I felt really bad. At the end, the staff said they knew, and we checked out, but the staff's faces changed and they didn't even say hello. What the? The bathroom is like that, and what's with the laundry bag that we didn't even see? Is it racism? Why are you accusing me of stealing a laundry bag? When you check in, check everything before you go in! How can a guest know what's in a hotel room? I've traveled a lot, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this. It's so bad. I don't want to think about it again.

The hotel is new, about ten minutes' walk from the ancient city, quiet. The room facilities are complete and hygienic. The staff has a good service attitude and always greets you with a smile. I like it. The breakfast is good and the dining environment is good.

The room is made of pine wood. There is a fragrant pine wood smell when you enter the door. The decoration is very new and elegant. I will choose to stay here again next time.
