Very good! Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast was great. Pool is a nice to have. Close to the beach. And very helpful host!

Ms. Tram is an excellent host! Always helpful and friendly. She recommended us some trips in surroundings and places to visit (including a spot on a beach and a custom tailor), all very good. We used the services provided as scooter rental and laundry, both good value. Our room was very nice and clean. We appreciate extra large bathroom and a balcony. The breakfasts are awesome! Delicious food containing fresh fruits every day. In general this is an amazing place if you want to enjoy the beach and all the cultural and natural beauties in Hoi An and surroundings.

This homestay is a stone throw away from the Ang Bang beach. Ideally located with a few lovely eateries nearby. Hoi An ancient town is a 8 min drive/ride. The rooms are well appointed, spotlessly clean and feature large bathrooms. The 2 rooms that we stayed in had large, pretty balconies with plants. The homestay has a small pool too which elevates the charm of the place. Fresh breakfast was served and were given a choice of both veg and non veg options. Tram is an amazing host, best ever. She goes out of her way to ensure top class comfort for guests. Her lovely family is a joy to talk to. My parents are vegetarian and we have a 20 month baby. Tram helped us with all our requests (heating up food, cutlery, etc.). There is laundry service available too at a cheap price. She arranged our tickets to Ba Na Hills and arranged a driver for the day. They offer airport pick up and drop too. All in all, of my 2 weeks across Vietnam and Cambodia, I enjoyed my stay at Tram's home the most. The warm people, beautiful home and the 5 star service offered is unmatched even by the Marriotts and the Radissons of the world. Top recommendation.

I can highly recommend this homestay to anyone wanting to experience Hoi An by being closer to the beach yet only 10 minutes away from the city. Ms Tram is a gem and her homestay was a true pleasure to stay in. So much so that I decided to extend my stay for an additional two nights! Thanks again for the beautiful room and your kindness.

For us, the best homestay in Hoi An (we stayed in 3 different ones in Hoi An) and probably one of the best we've had on our trip through Vietnam so far! Tram is so incredibly warm and friendly. Every morning she prepared a really tasty and fresh breakfast for us, there was even freshly squeezed fruit juice. We could choose from different main meals for the next day the night before, so Tram bought the ingredients fresh from the market the next morning. (We loved the banana pancake and the omelette is also highly recommended!) There was plenty of fresh fruit and freshly squeezed fruit juice as well as coffee (and even a second cup) every day in addition to the filling main meal. Our room was very clean and we felt completely at ease. The location of the accommodation was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We also got towels for the beach free of charge and fresh ones every day. The beach is really beautiful. There are plenty of very good restaurants within walking distance. The old town of Hoi An is a little further away, but is also quite easy to reach by bike in about 20 minutes (bikes can be used free of charge) or you can easily order a cheap grab. We could also rent a motorbike at a fair rate and the homestay has also a good laundry service - so all in all we really felt at home and will definitely come back here on our next trip to Vietnam!

This was our second time we stayed in this hostel. It's nice and clean, quiet but not far from the beach and restaurants. The breakfast is awesome. The lady who runs the place is very helpful. You can use their bikes for free. I highly recommend this homestay.
