This is an awful apartment for the family; first of all, I don't expect to stay at an apartment with mould on the bedroom ceiling, leaking under the kitchen sink, and the paint peeling off. Second, I asked them in advance to fix the things because my friend has asthma, and they answered they would do it, but they didn't in the end. So during the stay, I had to ask them for at least 10 towels/day to soak the leaking in the kitchen, and they did not even bother to change the towel for us, they just left the towel on the table and left. So, I asked them if I could borrow cooking equipment, like a rice cooker, in advance, and they said yes. And, of course, when I was there, they said no. I only see the staff member who can speak English when guests check-in/out. Otherwise, they only have staff that can speak Vietnamese. The whole house smells like a toilet and is mouldy; the wooden dining table cabinet is broken; The bowl and dishes are dirty; the cotton buds are moulded. I can point out more and more but I've enough, so NOT RECOMMENDED for FAMILY. GOOD LUCK!
