We loved our stay. The territory and rooms design are very stylish. The shuttle bus wasn't operating, so we had to take taxi ourselfs.

Very well maintained hotel in a quiet location. Just a few minutes walk to the nearest restaurant street. There is also a shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient Town, 5km away. The hotel has 2 pool areas. The large pool is open 24 hours a day. The small pool behind the spa area is only for adults and is therefore perfect for relaxing. Both pools have a bar, but it was not occupied due to the few guests. However, you can always ask one of the employees for food and drinks. The hotel is located directly on the river bank with a beautiful view. The hotel staff was very attentive and always friendly. Even at short notice we were able to arrive a day earlier and move into our room straight away (at a completely acceptable price). Day trips, airport transfers and taxi services were also always happy to be organized for us. For breakfast there is always fresh fruit and a small but good selection of bread and baked goods, cold cuts, egg dishes, noodle soups and warm dishes. The hotel restaurant was also very tasty. The room (bugalow with lagoon view) was well maintained and fully equipped with a shower and free-standing bathtub. The only downer: the beach (on the other side of the street) is not particularly nice. Parts have already disappeared due to flooding and attempts are being made to protect the beach with large sand balloons. Unfortunately, that doesn't look very nice. We spent most of our time (when we weren't traveling) at the spa pool. Overall, a great and relaxing time, we'd love to come back!

I came here for one night after seeing only good reviews on Korean blogs and pretty photos. Never go just looking at photos and good reviews. I stayed at Vinpearl next door and stayed for the last night, and it was the worst day ever. There is a bed bug I was thinking of just skipping it, but people who have had similar experiences to us have seen more and left reviews. There are few advantages, so I will list the advantages first. (other disadvantages) Advantages 1. Night pool access (almost no time limit) 2. Friendly male staff at the information desk disadvantage 1. The room is not properly maintained and is quite dirty. I made a reservation for a room on the first floor, but the bad smell of the air conditioner and the sewage smell came up, so I requested a replacement or refund. Of course, the condition of cockroach corpses and bedding inside was not good, and the internal structure was also quite poor. Kindly replaced it with a river view on the 2nd floor, and the 2nd floor did not smell and the view was good. Insects can be seen on the terrace and bathroom, and the cleaning condition is not good. Traces of bed bugs were found, especially on bedding. 2. When I wake up, I get bitten by bed bugs. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 3. There is not much to eat for breakfast. Taste is average (not tasty) 4. No water in the hotel 5. There is a carp sculpture in the already small swimming pool, so it is smaller, and the pool bar is not operated, so flies fly. 6. The swimming pool sunbed mat is not well maintained and looks dirty. 7. Since everyone knows the location is far away, I won't mention it.. I stayed at Vinpearl for 5 nights and only stayed for 1 night, but I started to think about how big the difference of tens of thousands of won is. And unlike the blog photos, in reality, the resort looked quite old-fashioned. It's too old for that, too. And it's dirty. I wondered if I was the only one who thought it was strange, but I found out that neither Korean nor foreigners There were many people who left reviews after experiences similar to ours. If this was the first resort, the later resort would have been better, but it's a pity that it was the last.

We had an amazing stay over Christmas 2023. The rooms are gorgeous. Beds comfortable. The best buffet breakfast I have ever had and Hot hot water, just very comfortable and excellent relaxing place to spend a week. However this is only the tip of the iceberg the best thing about this place is the staff. They made a gorgeous Christmas tree for us and the kids. Made birthday cake and sang happy birthday to my daughter. Played and had fun with the kids. The bpeiple really make a trip to Vietnam and I cannot thank the Koi enough for showing my children why I love Vietnam so much. One nof the highlights was a cooking class with Marco, Chef extraordinaire from the Chopstix resteraunt. He was impatient with the kids and we made the most amazing dishes. We also learnt a lot about the history of food in Vietnam. I highly recommend Marco and his cooking class.

Being my third trip to Hoi An, I had always wanted to stay at KOI Resort & Spa. I was always impressed with it's beautiful arched timber bridge entrance over the river. I must say that I wasn't disappointed. My experience at KOI from start to finish of my 8 night stay was nothing short of excellent. The location, the staff, the food, the Day Spa and my room were all perfect. There was nothing that I could fault at this Hoi An beach and riverfront resort, except the Pool Bar was not open at the time I was there. This was their low season and it was extremely quiet at the resort. I spent my first night in a garden view bungalow and experienced some noise very early in the morning from an outside property located behind my room. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, it was brought to the attention of the manager, and I was immediately shifted to another room. I was even upgraded to a beautiful lagoon view room. So this made my stay even more luxurious. I would definitely recommend the KOI to any visitors to Hoi An and I hope to return here again one day.

A beautiful and sprawling resort tucked in by the River and very close to Sea Beach. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with modern amenities. Though a bit small but rooms are nice having balcony and good view. There are row of room overlooking lagoon which gives a very warm feel. 2xPools, Spa, small Gym, complimentary cycles, 2x Resturants, and ample space to chill around. Option of kayaking in Resorts lagoon is also there. The breakfast spread was decent and meets the requirements. Tea and coffee standards needs improvement though. Friendly, warm and helpful staff. Overall it was a great experience in this superb resort. Will definitely wanna come back for a 2nd stay.

The property location is amazing, rooms are small but the decor makes it up, we had a lagoon view room, and it had an amazing view!! The place is beautiful. The only thing we didn’t like is being a vegetarian, the veg option for breakfast was less (which is understood ) but they didn’t consider preparing anything to help us , like our other hotels in Vietnam, where they prepared special veg dishes for breakfast for us, here the staff refused to prepare anything, which was little disappointing!!
