Welcome to the Sauble Hobble! This new, fully renovated, peaceful cottage, located across from the Sauble River in Sauble Beach, is the perfect escape for your summer vacation. Family friendly, this four season home allows you lots of space to entertain and make your beach getaway memories. A 3 minute drive to the famous freshwater beach and a 5 minute drive to the towns main street, where you can find endless entertainment, shopping and restaurants.The spaceThe hobble is located in a private area of Sauble Beach but a close drive or bike ride to all the excitement and entertainment the beach has to offer. Also a 3 minute walk down the road to the local elementary school with soccer fields, basketball and a playground. The perfect vacation spot for two families consisting of 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third room a "kids" room with two sets of single bunk beds.Everything in this cottage is newly renovated and ensuring cleanliness throughout. An accessible laundry room for longer stays. A full Kitchen that has an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, pot set. The dining area is set for family style meals with a large table that sits up to 8 people. Located on the top of a hill our little cottage has lots of outdoor space to enjoy with your family. You might spot a heron flying over the river, chipmunks stopping by to say hello, or even a turkey wandering through the yard. It’s a small, cozy, no-frills kind of place—perfect for slowing down and enjoying the little things.Indoors, light up the woodstove and get cozy—there’s plenty of firewood for you to use. Play a game of chess at the game table or wind down with some Netflix. Outside, lounge with a good book on the deck, stretch out in the hammock, or fire up the Kamado grill for a BBQ. This house is located on sought after Mallory beach road it is a beautiful scenic dead end road that runs right along beautiful Georgian bay on one side and the niagara escarpment on the other side. Mallory beach road is just off the main hwy between Wiarton and tobermaury. This house is right across the road from Georgian bay with water access at the S bend. This house is only a short 25 minute drive to sauble beach and 55 min drive to tobermaury!The spaceThis large open concept house has just been recently renovated.Upstairs hosts a large kitchen/ living room with pool table. 3 large bedrooms with 2 bedrooms downstairs!
