Welcome to Everett Inn, a darling 800 sqft farmhouse style home located in the Historic Steunenberg District in downtown Caldwell, just 1 block from College of Idaho. Close FWY access 5 mins. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops as well as sporting events at College of Idaho.Our house accommodates 4 guests with a private bedroom that includes a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress and a queen sized air mattress that could be set up in the bedroom or the living room area. We also have a pack n play available on request. High speed internet included. There is a private driveway directly in front of the house, steps away from the front door that you have access to. Additional on street parking available. We are pet friendly but please be aware that our yard is not fully fenced. We have an additional pet fee of $10 per pet for each night of stay. Please mention that you have a pet (s) in your reservation message to us and we will modify the reservation price to reflect the pet fee. No more than two animals. We have a few additional house rules with pets. They must be well behaved or trained. Please keep your animals leashed when outside the cottage. Have them do their business on the grass and pick up after them. No pets on the furniture. No excessive noise. Animals left alone when you leave the cottage must be left in a kennel or crate. Thanks for making this a good experience for us.
