Great, hassle-free stay near the airport! I had a wonderful experience staying at Smartments. The self check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and easy, which is exactly what you want when traveling. The location is perfect—right next to the airport with a convenient shuttle bus stop just a short walk away. As a huge bonus, there was a Korean food truck parked right outside the hotel, which was easily my favorite part of the stay! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a seamless, convenient place to stay near the airport.

The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The laundry room is very convenient downstairs. There are also app appointment services and reminders!

Unfortunately there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room, otherwise really super for the money. Grade if you want to spend the night before the flight to Frankfurt.

The hotel’s location is within walking distance of the city center. Since we came to explore, we actually enjoyed walking around and discovering the area, so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. The cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms were more than sufficient for a short stay. Additionally, having complimentary coffee as well as water and soda available in the lobby was a great bonus. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the kitchen sink in our initial room was broken; however, this was quickly resolved as we were moved to a new room without any hassle. If we visit again, we would definitely choose to stay here.

The hotel is located in the suburbs. It's a fairly new hotel with a spacious lobby, relatively new room facilities, and a kitchenette. The surrounding area appears to be a residential area with a Rewe supermarket and two restaurants, where the food is quite delicious.

역 주변은 치안이 좋지않다는 소문을 들었습니다. 여러 선택지 가운데 고민하던중, 한국의 모텔처럼 깔끔하고 심플한 느낌일거라 기대하고 이곳을 예약했습니다. 하지만, 제 예상과 달랐습니다. 화장실 바닥은 온돌처럼 따뜻해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 또한, 전자레인지, 전기주전자, 커피머신, 인덕션과 각종 식기가 갖춰진 주방이 있었고, 침구에는 2개의 이불이 제공되었습니다. 프론트 직원분은 너무나 친절했고 영어가 능숙했습니다. 호텔 키 또한 열쇠같은 아날로그방식이 아닌 앱으로 동작하는 방식이라 편리했습니다. 숙소는 강과 가까워 산책하기에도 좋았고 주변에 맛있는 음식점도 많았고 대형마트도 있어 편리했습니다. 또한 체크아웃 이후 제 짐을 기꺼이 맡아주었습니다. 제 유일한 실수는 이곳을 겨우 1박만 예약했다는것이었습니다. 다음에도 프랑크푸르트에 방문한다면 반드시 이곳에 재방문 할것입니다.

Visited in mid-May. Check-in was excellent. I agree with previous reviews. Cons: - No kettle (had to boil water in a pot) - Hairdryer was very weak - Not even a pinch of salt to cook with - There's a hospital behind the hotel, and with the windows open, you can hear ambulances quite frequently, 24/7. - No air conditioning (it was already warm during our stay, but I imagine it gets very hot in the summer) Pros: - Everything is accessible via the app, where you can also pay for services and early check-in. - Excellent location; we walked to the city center by the river in 35-40 minutes. - Great park nearby, a 10-minute walk. - REWE supermarket a 5-minute walk, and two others a bit further, 10 minutes. - Tap water is drinkable. - Asked the cleaner for an iron, and he provided it without any issues.

A great location to stay was very and tidy every thing was nice and perfect i enjoyed my stay there i will recommend to others as well if i will come again i definitely will stay here again.. nice

Das Hotel ist einfach nur top. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, dennoch nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Der Check in läuft digital einfach nur super danke an das ganze Hotel Team
