Please be respectful of the property and things inside the house.The house gets professionally cleaned with strict cleaning guidelines each time guests check out.This property is a 100% NON-SMOKING (both inside/outside) and PET-FREE house to ensure utmost cleanliness. Any guest in violation of the smoking/pet policy will be additionally charged $500 for deep cleaning the house.Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right?
