"The stay was very pleasant and left a good impression. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding life is full of atmosphere, dining and walking are very pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean, warm and comfortable. The support of the mattress and pillows is just right, and it is rare to sleep overnight. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were also satisfactory, washing away the fatigue. The front desk sister, the service is friendly and professional, the procedures are efficient, and the surrounding travel suggestions are warmly provided, which makes people feel warm. This stay experience is very comfortable, very recommended, looking forward to seeing you next time."

"I stayed there during winter break, so the price was reasonable. The subway station was right outside, and the bus stop was less than 20 meters away, making transportation very convenient. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating as long as you spoke politely and made reasonable requests. You need to ask the receptionist for a hairdryer. The heating was quite high in winter, so you had to open the windows to let it cool down. In short, the owners were nice, the price was reasonable, and the location was convenient. The only downside was that it could get a bit stuffy in winter."

I rarely write such detailed reviews, but this trip to Harbin, especially the arrangements in Xuegu, was truly a highlight. This guesthouse we booked was perfect for enjoying the snow. Just 30 meters from the entrance, there's a huge snowy field, and behind it, a mountain for hiking to see rime ice. The guesthouse is newly renovated but has no unpleasant smell. The room was spacious, very clean, and soundproofing was excellent; even with fireworks going off outside, I couldn't hear a thing, so I slept wonderfully for both nights. For such an affordable price, breakfast was included. The sweet potato porridge was delicious and fragrant, and there were also eggs, steamed buns, pickles, melon seeds, sugar tangerines, and frozen pears – all you can eat. Plus, there were free fireworks displays in the evening! The landlady was incredibly warm and helpful, answering all our questions and even providing us with lots of travel tips. Both the adults and kids had a fantastic time during our two days in Xuegu. I hope to come back again and have already recommended it to my friends!

We stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly, yes!

The village was truly wonderful—peaceful, serene, and full of natural beauty. It provided the perfect setting for a relaxing escape. What made the stay even more special was the owner, who was incredibly kind-hearted. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, from helping us book transportation and activities to offering warm hospitality. It was clear she genuinely cared about her guests, which made our experience even more memorable. The combination of a charming village and such a thoughtful owner made this trip unforgettable.

Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience. At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!). **Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold! For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down. **The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.

If the full score is not limited, I would like to give 10,000 points 😂 A good B&B that is one in a million 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The boss is a superman. He has multiple jobs including driver, tour guide, photographer, babysitter, help with booking a car, customizing an itinerary, etc. I knew there was no TV in the room before booking, but I was afraid I would be bored. As a result, the whole night's activities were arranged in a variety of ways, haha. You can have fun and fall asleep. The boss's family is warm and sincere. It really feels like home. The sliding ring in their own yard makes the children have a lot of fun. There are even more fun trips to Yangcao Mountain Crossing and Wusongling. The boss also took us to explore the snow in depth, and the experience was full 💯 There was also a small episode. On the way to the B&B, I left my ID card in the service area halfway. The boss helped to contact and find it. When we came back from the trip, he gave us a big surprise. I was touched❤️ The first sentence of the child after moving to Harbin was Let's go back to Xuegu to play 😂😂😂 Highly recommended for families with children, super cost-effective You can just go to the snow town to check in. If you have enough time, it is recommended to stay here for a few more days. This is the most satisfactory place for this trip to Harbin. I will come again next time! ! ! 🥰

*5/5 Stars: A Warm Oasis in a Chilly City* As a foreigner traveling from afar, I was a bit apprehensive about navigating a new city in the midst of a cold snap (-10°C!). But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns. The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night. What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. If you're a traveler seeking a haven of hospitality, look no further. *Highly Recommended* - Cleanliness: 5/5 - Comfort: 5/5 - Staff Hospitality: 5/5 - Value for Money: 5/5 Thank you to the hotel owner and staff for making our stay unforgettable!

The best host in my trip!! Very helpful with all our inquiries, would try to find the best solutions to our problems, and provided almost everything we need!! They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want. The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!! The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats. Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

The room was very clean and odor-free, and the service was excellent. The courtyard environment was even better, very beautiful, and the kids loved it and were super excited. There's also a spacious living room and a terrace. Complimentary breakfast is provided, and the small cold dishes were delicious. It was easy to find with navigation, and parking was convenient. There's nothing negative to say about this place! I've already recommended it to my good friends, and I'd recommend it to everyone. It's definitely the top choice for budget-friendly accommodation when traveling to Yabuli.
