Empire Hotel Hong Kong - Causeway Bay

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. The location was convenient for getting around, and the breakfast selection was rich and varied. We had a great stay and will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.

Great location with lots of delicious food options near Tin Hau. The cleanliness was especially impressive, and the cleaning lady was very kind. On our second day, even when we said we didn't need the room cleaned, she proactively asked if we wanted our trash bags changed. They provide universal adapters and offer free luggage storage. The room didn't feel small at all; the layout was well-designed. I noticed the paintings were from a foundation event, done by a child with developmental disabilities, which was very cute. Excellent value for money, we had a very comfortable stay and a wonderful time visiting Hong Kong.

Stayed for one night during a layover in Hong Kong, and for the price, it exceeded my expectations! The A11 Citybus drops you off just a three-minute walk from the hotel. There's a 7-Eleven and some snack shops nearby, and the MTR station is less than a five-minute walk away. My room was on the 25th floor with a view of Causeway Bay. I had read some reviews beforehand and was worried about noise isolation, but it was actually quite quiet. The room had a universal adapter, but it was a bit hidden – you have to lift a panel on the desk to find it. The room and bathroom facilities were excellent, and there was even a mini-fridge.

Not bad, consistently good. I stayed for a week again during the off-season recently, and the price is quite reasonable as long as it's not peak season. It would be even better if there were long-stay discounts, otherwise, having to book separately every time is a bit of a hassle.

Staying at The Empire Hotel Causeway Bay's sea-view room this time was an amazing surprise! The room offered a fantastic view; opening the window, you could take in the full splendor of Victoria Harbour. The sea sparkled during the day, and at night, Victoria Harbour was ablaze with lights, creating an incredibly atmospheric ambiance. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. Victoria Park is just downstairs, and you can walk through it to Causeway Bay. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. In Hong Kong, where every inch of land is precious, having a sea-view room directly facing Victoria Harbour at such a great value for money is rare. It's perfect for both travel and leisure. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong.

The room felt quite spacious! The layout was very open, with seating near the entrance and at the back of the room (and it was quite comfortable). The hygiene was also good, but I couldn't find any power outlets near the bed in my room (not sure if that's a policy). The service was excellent! I even received two bags of Ferrero Rocher, omg, thank you!

The room view was great! The soundproofing was excellent, and it was clean and hygienic. Every staff member had a wonderful attitude! The hotel is very close to both the MTR station and bus stops, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong.

Arrived at 10:30 AM, and the front desk staff was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised that a room on the 28th floor, with a sea view, had just been cleaned and was ready. The room size is similar to a Hanting Hotel in China. They provide toothbrushes and two complimentary bottles of water. The bedding, towels, and cups were all very clean. Downstairs, there are many famous restaurants with delicious food, highly recommended.
