Third time choosing this hotel.
In general; If you are visiting Hong Kong for some shopping, foodie and no interest to travel to somewhere far away from HK island or theme park. A recommended place to stay with approximately 6min away from metro station and 3 mins if you take A11 from Airport. Hotel might be a bit age but sti clean enough. I get good and friend services .

The location is quite good since it near to the tram stop. However, there are no convenience stores nearby so prepare your stuff in advance. The room is great - it is clean, cold, and decently spacious. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided but they don't provide toiletries - you can buy them at the lobby. Service is also good, the staff are accommodating and friendly. The check in process is also quick and straightforward. We didn't get to check out the other facilities besides the breakfast buffet. The selections are quite limited since their dining area is small. Overall, it is definitely worth staying at Dorsett Wanchai.

The room was optimally sized , providing a comfortable balance of space and functionality. A larger smart TV was highlight, offering excellent entertainment options like you tube .
The air conditioning performed very well, maintaining a consistently pleasant temperature throughout the stay. A mini fridge was available, though its capacity was limited to a few cans of beverages, which may not be sufficient for guests requiring more storage.Overall , the room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic hotel. We initially stayed for one night and then extended our stay for another day. Room rates can fluctuate, so it's a good idea to keep an eye on them before booking. An average price of around RMB 500-700 per night feels quite reasonable.

The hotel is great, it looks amazing.
The reception team are polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help (in my case, they helped me with a number of issues, and did it elegantly, quickly, and with a smile).
The housekeeping are amazing and made me feel at home. Hygiene and cleanliness is a priority for them.
Rooms are big enough, beds are comfortable, A/C and the shower work well. Lighting in the room is well thought through.
The only tip for the traveller: if tea in paper sachets is not your thing, make sure you bring your own. It's not that big a deal, but I was happy I had my own favo with me, as I enjoyed a cuppa in my room in the evening and Lipton is not my kinda tea.
As for location, I just loves my it: two minutes down the road is a tram stop for Kennedy Road, and it's cheap, enjoyable and will take you to the heart of HK in 15 minutes. 10-12 minute walk away is an MRT station Wan Chai that will also take you anywhere in the city. About 8 minute walk will take you to the Blue House and to a temple. There are enough restaurants, big, small, cheap, expensive and anything in between to give you an excellent culinary experience of HK. Besides the hotel's restaurant offers great deal too.
In short, very much recommended!

What a gem this place is. Good size rooms and very good storage. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. Free laundry machines is a huge plus. The location is 5 minute walk from the harbour and access to transit. The staff was very helpful in booking a taxi and even lending us umbrellas. Highly recommend. One suggestion is if they could provide a few basic dishes and utensils, it would be even better.

The hotel is in a convenient position, close to the ferry pier that connects the island with the city centre. We stayed in the twin room, it is spacious and it is actually renovated compared to the photos on the website. There is for real a view of the harbour, that is simply stunning imo. The only negative aspect is that from a 4 star hotel I expected at least a bottle of water as welcome, but on the other side they provide clients with a range of tea bags. But for the rest it was a really nice experience.

I stayed in this place about 8 years ago, and after trying a number of other places, came back to it as I remember the room being great for the price - not as small as most in Hong Kong. Breakfast was good too, again something I remembered from years ago.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, my room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, and the location was excellent for exploring Causeway Bay and getting around the city. Great value for money and a stress-free booking experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Overall the room is a good affordable choice for Hong Kong. Is is well equiped. There is not enough cabinets for clothes. Clean but the towels had holes in them. Bathroom is really small and not practical. No water. Location : bus and tramway are near but the metro is a 10 minute walk. The lady at the reception was very helpful with a request we had.

LLizzy1987I have to comment in person, so that you don’t know, pay attention: no toothbrush, no comb, it is estimated that you have to ask the front desk, the nature of the apartment, you can wash clothes, the advantage is that the view is good, it is very convenient to take the rail car and the minibus 1, but ah, the mattress is really hard, the bed is a bit cheap, I slept with back pain, clean and good, the safety exit lights can't be turned off at night, and the towels are wrapped in the end. I suggest to experience this price. If you don't have money, choose other sea views five-star, the hotel also has a buffet breakfast restaurant! There is no meal here, there is an ice room downstairs, solve breakfast by yourself! The water in the toilet is yellow rust and needs to be improved!

RRAJESHGIRI**Best Western Hotel Causeway Bay Hong Kong**
Enjoy a prime location in vibrant Causeway Bay, with excellent service and modern amenities. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, though space is somewhat compact—typical for Hong Kong. Ideal for business or leisure travelers seeking convenience. Great value, but be prepared for cozy quarters!
GGuest UserBasic accom in a central location. Bed was a bit firm but fine, shower over a bath (not an issue for us but might be for some). Booked including breakfast but that didn't come through on their side, so a complication and needed them to follow up. Staff eventually sorted everything. Held our bags and ordered taxi for us. Would return.

GGuest UserThe room's cleanliness and amenities were decent. For Hong Kong, the room size is quite spacious! They even use non-plastic key cards, truly living up to their eco-friendly hotel status. Just a heads-up, they genuinely don't provide any toiletries. I was caught off guard this time as I hadn't brought mine. The 7-Eleven across the street was selling two toothbrushes for an outrageous HKD 70! So, I decided to head back to the front desk, and to my surprise, I got two sets of toiletries for just HKD 10! It certainly pays to ask! The surrounding area offers convenient transportation. Golden Bauhinia Square is just a 15-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Whether for business or leisure, choosing this hotel is definitely the right call! 👍
