房間裏熱水不夠，不敢洗澡，冷冰冰的，面盆下水管漏水，到處流，電視看不到，唯一就是空調還行，無線網絡信號不好。停車場太小，不好停車

就在景區門口，很方便多次進出，是景區最好的酒店，酒店是看房子改的很有特色，可以拍照，而且和遊客分開，出門乘車也方便

就是停車場太小，進出很不方便，去晚了停車都沒有地方的，其它都還好，位置口岸都不錯，附近就是洪江古商城，

衞生條件非常差 去到那裡我們根本不敢洗澡 什麼東西都是臟臟的床單很臟 我們一晚上根本沒有睡好 被子都不敢掀開 鏡子上面有污漬口紅印各種…… 服務態度也不是很好 退房的時候也沒有人 建議不要住 去洪江可以住黔陽 那邊的名宿非常好
